Nile Transport Hotel

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE. The location is amazing Rigjt on the Nile literally, beautiful big rooms, so clean, happy and friendly staff. The food is terrific and the pool is perfect for a hot Cairo day. This is a Muslim hotel and there is no bar, booze. A++++

The property was cleaned every day the balcony is on the Nile

The stuff are very bad spacialy in booking and they stopped us for 4 hours for a marriage certificate they didn't tell us before it was a very bad experience

The only benefit was the Nile view

The H.K. Opened the door without knocking the door . The F&B staff was polite The Reception was polite

The pool It is limited from 9 am to 3 pm, and it public pool, so any body can enter , my wife never go to the pool - even sitting beside. The pool is small also, so it’s not restful at all They close the pool on the prayers time, make everybody come out!House keeping and room service- always took more time than usual, but it was good quality

only disadvantage is WiFi connection but it's temporary as reception clerk said.

room size and nile view was perfect , the food was delicious , we take Dinner and breakfast. also the prices in the menu is very acceptable

staff in the restaurant was not nice. Service time was unacceptable almost one hours to bring the food. staff was unprofessional handling us.

The swimming pool was used for teaching children and was completely full so was unable to have a swim, that was disappointing.

we paid more that the amount written on booking, the rooms where ok cleanses wise but when we asked for them to be cleaned was much betterthe breakfast was bad

The location is excellent, right by the Nile with very nice views and not far from the city centre.

The rooms were not properly cleaned as could be expected at a 5 star hotel, and the furniture was partly old and worn down. The breakfast was a catastrophe; as we were there during Ramadan the hotel did not normally serve anything between sunrise and sunset, and what they managed to produce for our breakfast was not impressive.Not a problem for us, but attention: Alcohol is strictly prohibited, they even searched our bags when arriving to make sure we didn't bring any alcoholic drinks with us(!).

very nice and cooperative staff. nice view in front of nile river. they managed a cruise on a private boat in the river with breakfast with a very low price thanks to Mohammed and Rabab.

mosquito will annoy you on the terrace.

firs of was super clean ! staff are great ! fridge balcony washroom tables basically everything was super clean and nice. very respectful client people were not suspicious I recommend families and newly engaged couple to book here or families.
