The location was very good, free parking

Bath room cleanliness was very poor , and the bed mattress wasn't comfortable . Breakfast was very crowded and hadn't enough variety or quantities

This hotel was great for the price. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was right across from the bus stop for Blue Bus, near El Sekka stadium. Not many restaurants in walking distance but Uber was dirt cheap so that wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

There were some disturbing facts: wake ups call didn’t happen. The taxi to the Giza airport was a misery.

Location is great, close to many attractions and shopping malls. Also, central area for many travel companies.Staff is super cooperative

* Room cooling was poor, and when I made a complaint they sent a technician and it was fixed.* Shower water pressure was good for the first 2 days, then it became so weak and showering wasn't enjoyable any more.

Nothing, it was horrible.

The staff were/are horrendous, they accused me of breaking a glass by the tv which i complained was already broken and in the morning they accused me of not reporting it although i did the night before. The breakfast was trash, horrible, no buffet as it said. The room was moldy and it smelt from the toilet

Last time we booked this Hotel, they do not have available Standard Room, so we do not have a choice but to take the Suite Room. I was amazed. It was very spacious and clean (very important for me ☺️) The bellboy was very helpful. The food were also amazing.

I find the Shower Room, not so satisfying. Maybe because of the brown color paint and the type of Tiles being used. It looks dirty to me.

Very bad hotel

am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room I was assigned during my recent visit to your hotel. Upon arrival and inspection of the room, I was deeply disappointed by the following issues:The room was dirty, with dust covering almost every surface.There was an unpleasant smell throughout the room that made it uninhabitable.The furniture was in poor condition, with the sofa bed being completely broken and unusable.There was a pervasive smell of smoke throughout the room, despite my expectation of a clean, smoke-free environment.The television in the room was not functioning, which further detracted from the experience.These conditions were entirely unacceptable and far below the standards I anticipated based on your hotel’s advertised 4-star rating and the positive reviews I had read prior to booking. As a result, I immediately canceled my stay and sought alternative accommodations.Given that the hotel failed to meet the promised standards and did not provide the services I paid for, I kindly request a full refund for my booking. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues.Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide an update regarding my refund request at your earliest convenience.

Very Bad reservation

Very bad experience will never think again to be thereI reserve family suite with one queen bed and other room twin bed but at property they said we don’t have like this kind of room and I was scammed in booking and I did not find the suite that was booked even though the full amount was deducted from my account

Quite bad the furniture and wasn’t clean at all

The room was clean with a lot of space, and the staff were very accommodating and professional. We arrived earlier than expected and we did not have to wait long for our room at all.

There’s not much we didn’t like about the property, just that the building is very easy to miss because it doesn’t look like a hotel on the outside, and the sign is on top of the building and difficult to see by car.

The location was ideal and the room was clean and has lots of spaces.

The staff were not very helpful in resolving the Wi-Fi issue.

Staff especially the bell boy Mr. Mufeed was very cooperative and polite.Room was spacious and clean.

The room service was slow during peak hours(evening). The elevators were not very clean .Breakfast juice was not fresh orange juice .

Not worth the money

I chose this hotel because it was 10 mins away from my wedding venue. We checked in 3 hours after check in. We assumed the hotel had plenty of time to maintain and finish housekeeping while also making sure everything worked. Well, A.C didn’t work in our suite. Called reception to come fix it and he was more concerned about who’s in the room. Someone came to just look (didn’t bother to fix) it’s as if they knew it was already broken. They switched us to another suite that had an unbearable foul urine smell in the bathroom. The hotel is outdated walls had marks all over it and housekeeping is not done properly. All in all i don’t recommend this place. The location also was hard to get Uber’s to come.

Elevator stopped suddenly twice a day, and unfortunately I stucked inside…!I was shocked when it stopped again at the next day, bad organization. At least, just sign to close the elevator.
