    • the location is good, 5 minutes walk to the Egyptian museum.
    • clean, comfortable and friendly staff
    • Good central location, great service by Hani, rooms are large

    Cons -

    • Hotel is very old staffed was not professional at all. very poor experoience
    • 1.I stored my luggage in their hotel for several hours, when I took my luggage back, oh my god, the password had been changed, which means they opened my luggage secretly and I don't know their intention. Above all, unbelievable!2.the sound roofing is poor, we can't open the window because it is too noisy outside. So at night we had to sleep without natural light from outside and the room was stuffy.
    • I couldn’t use my credit card , they said they don’t have the machine

Good central location, great service by Hani, rooms are large

Very noisy - during the day, there is continuous honking; in the night, you can hear the employees talk loudly, and their text messages 'pling' all night long. The walls seem paper thin. The beds are uneven, and you can feel the mattress wires poking you.The breakfast is good, but as it's pre-arranged it gets a bit boring after some days.

GREAT LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT BREAKFAST in an amazing city Liked · This is a small hotel located on the fifth floor of a building across the square from the Nile Ritz Carlton. The location was perfect for a visit to Cairo. The balcony in our room looked out on Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. Everywhere we wanted to see in the city was just walking distance away and when we needed a taxi the front desk called one which was no more expensive than if we'd flagged one on the street. The facilities in the room, which was spotlessly clean, were excellent, with Wi Fi, a kettle and tea making bits. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the driver who picked us up for free from the airport had my name and the hotel on a card which he held up as we walked out of the terminal. The breakfast was good and substantial and set us up for the day. All in all, an excellent and an excellent experience.

    Nothing. It was perfect

Walkable distance to Egyptian museum. Great location in downtown Cairo. You really get the very basic things needed for accommodation (bed + toilet). Value for money.

Room was too small with many furniture squeezed into a small space. Very hard to move around, especially in the toilet. Entire building and room looks very old and in need of renovations (bathtub had stains, mirror had big cracks, wallls have holes, etc).

bathroom was dirty and drains were blocked. smelled bad

The room was big and spacious. The staff were all super friendly. The location is very central.

Being right by the big intersection of Tahir Square, the noise from the traffic.I would have liked a hot water kettle in the room.

Fantastic location, an older building but charming and comfortable with a fantastic view of El Teher Square.

An older building so don't expect modern facilities other than the bathrooms which were modern.

Excellent Location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast with local goods was nice!

Old decoration and equipment. The bathroom sink was seeking, flooding the bathroom all the time. Needs renovation.

Location and the chef with a big smile on the face make your day :)))

Bathroom was too small and had to squeeze yourself to use the toilet! Requested a late check out till 2pm during reservation been made and not responded however during my presence out there, I was told that I should pay 1/2 day extra if I had to extend my check out and was a ripoff!!! Especially knowing the fact that the hotel was not full at all!!!

Wonderful location and wonderful people. Most welcoming and helpful people. Everything as seen in the pictures. With stuff at the reception, restaurant and cleaning ladies ready to help you.Just in front of the Egyptian Museum and with all the shops and sweetshops 1 minute away ,just behind it . Definitely suggested

The building is old and the hotel is on the 5th floor. Don't be detared when you see the entrance, this hotel is entirely on the 5th floor, reception included, and is much better maintained. Security wise the stairs if th building are blocked, the 2 elevators are the only means. I suppose I should refer to the noice, which didn't bother us at all and you can't be at the centre of Cairo and not have the city noice, but if you can't sleep with noice, come with devic s to block the noise when you sleep. If they could invest in having new bathrooms O would give it a 10, even if it cost a bit more

Amazing location on Tahir Square, so close to the Cairo Museum. Great value for money for location, some rooms have balconies overlooking the square.

The staff, while "helpful" were dodgy - after offering to assist in getting us and our luggage to our Uber, the Uber mysteriously cancelled and his brother's taxi was offered at more than 10x the Uber price which we refused. Disappointing.

    9AjibolaPosted on: 2-19-2023

    Good for the price.

The heater wasn't working, but I think most hotels in Cairo are like that. I stayed 1 day in another 5 star hotel at the Cairo Airport and was the same. I

Everyone at this hotel is super friendly and welcoming, really nice after getting off a long flight! The location is also great, you can walk to the museum or get a cheap Uber to other places. I would definitely recommend!
