Staybridge Suites & Apartments - Citystars By IHG

That I was able to check in at 2 am without a problem.

The night manager who checked us in spoke good English. We purchased 1 bottle of water and a sprite at the front desk. The night manager quoted $12 usd, I questioned the price, but he said it was. The price was $1.50. DO NOT STAY WITH THIS CHEATING HOTEL!

Location , staff , cleanness , comfort

The proximity to the mall was the reason I chose this property and it was an excellent choice because it has direct access to the mall without outside. I chose the premium suite, it had a modern design, it was very clean with great amenities. It offered everything I needed for the stay and i would certainly recommend and come back again.

Don’t expect a lot of variety for the buffet, but the food tasted good. The access to several restaurants within close proximity made this a non issue.

The location, friendly and polite staff. We had a problem with our toilette flush and it was fixed quickly. The housekeeping team was efficient and discrete.

Although we had a non-smoking room, it smelled smoke badly throughout our whole stay.At breakfast, we had always to wait a few minutes before the empty plates were refilled. The breakfast buffet area is too small compared to the hotel capacity causing delays.

Staff and location

The facility is a bit old and furniture is consumed and detoriotated.

The cleanliness and apartment so confortable

Breakfast should serve better varities

The location for the purpose of my business trip

Once at reception I was welcomed as lucky because I got an upgrade. Actually my room was a very old suite of Intercontinetal hotel. No possible to manage AC, internet connection not stable, very old amenities. I guess it was not an upgrade

It’s proximity and convenience

Housekeepers don’t pay attention to cleaning, they are always in a hurry and never do a thorough job

Very clean and linked to the mall

Expand the breakfast area. Is too small

The main draw to this hotel is that it has a kitchenette and is connected to the mall! It made shopping a breeze

The breakfast spread can be better. It was okay but not great

Location, direct to mall entrance and in the middle of prime location or cairo Naser City

The reservation over the phone when i tried to cancel or extend

Everything- the location, the service and the staff

The upgraded me to the presidential suite because of a small issue and I was very impressed by the service and food I had at buffet the breakfast was also banging and I’d stay there again

I really can’t fault anything everyone was helpful

Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast has improved greatly since my last stay.

The shower was too tight.

Staff were very helpful and kind ?..Food as usual was good and delicious ?

The beds were not comfortable this time. Maybe it's time to change them

Generally good hotel in good location. Spacious room.

Limited facilities, limited breakfast, miss of professionalism. While departing were obliged to get down my luggage my self after waiting more than 35mn without success for the bags porter.

Staff were helpful to get us a room at sister hotel. However, it took about 2 hours to resolve

The booking dates were completely wrong at the front desk. Our confirmation dates given by booking.com was different from the front desk at staybridge suites. Not only we were affected, there were others who were checking in had the same problem.

Staff from reception to room cleaning and restaurant. Abdulrahman, Thamer helped us with luggage with big smile. Mahmood nice attitude fixed my broken bag refusing to take any tip...much appreciated. Convenient location to markets and other locations.
