Food was terrible. I ordered one pasta through the room service and it was very bad taste, and I got diarrhea in the following day.You guys must check your kitchen properly.

The best thing about my stay was the way the hotel manager handled any issues. He is extremely polite, professional, and genuinely cares about guests. Even though there was a power outage in the area — which was beyond the hotel’s control — he managed the situation calmly and professionally, ensuring guests were as comfortable as possible.

The power outage affected the stay, even though it was an issue across the area and not the hotel’s fault. Also, the generator took some time to fully restore services, which caused minor inconvenience.

Nothing liked, it’s bad days during our stay.

Sorry, nothing we like it, the property was no power electricity and water for 2 days.We forced to leave the hotel and take another hotel.

We left the hotel and didn’t use the room after our first night there.

The staff were rude and not helpful at all.

The stuff was very nice. Breakfast is good, wide choice of food.

The location, literally nothing interesting nearby, no cafes or restaurants. Because of the busy street can be very loud.

Staffs are perfect. They always try to help you. Management very professionals and well organized. Breakfast and Cook man really good.

Swiss Inn Nile Hotel is a wonderful place with a great location, very close to Dokki, Agouza, and downtown. What I loved the most was the warm and friendly reception from the front desk staff, especially the reception manager, who kindly upgraded my room to a suite. I also appreciate the bellman for his excellent cooperation and assistance. Highly recommended

The property good and nice.

While we are booking through Booking.com it’s showing that the transport from to Airport free available, but when arrived at the Airport we did not get any transport waiting for us.We do contact the hotel and they said it’s not available or they don’t provided at all.

The staff was nice, welcoming and so professional. The room is beautifully well designed and so big. The beds are comfortable.

I couldn’t connect easily to the WiFi connection.

Mohammad at grand desk GM was amazing and upgraded me upon checkin which was the nicest thing ever and appreciated for the double bed and extra space in the room for the nights.

That the staff never understood english in any requests as communication was very difficult even at front desk and in the restaurant just to order an omelette or coffee.In addition we found it strange that the security staff did not allow friends into the property to visit us so we can have a some time together for a laugh and business catch up. We have not been personally acquainted with each other since before covid. And so it was not fair to be told no guests allowed just to visit for a chat and catch up. No sleep overs !The meaning of why this was not possible is from pure greed cause all they wanted, was to collect money in order a freind to visit my room, it was all pure GREED ( no hotel has ever done this ) as i have travelled the world, and so plans were put into disarray.But with convincing it was finally allowed.House keeping staff kept knocking on the door from 8:00am, waking me up every morning even on the day of check out. And lastly we asked to organise a van for transport for 5 ppl to fhe airport with 5 bags and you send a car with 4 seats ... no one listened and we found that you never understand but only want to make money, once again it was all GREED and that is not how you win guests. We had to order 2x Uber and just made our flight checkin times ... Would NEVER ever recommend this hotel to any of my friends, colleagues, and future clients.
