Staff help taxis for me get around to museums love stay for the pay $---dollars plus tax¿s not bad

When u pay it says u have Breakfast included when you get there is not until you have to pay extra

Service / food / cleanness and no wifi at all

The breakfast was good based on its component.

Communication is not easy. There is need to employ more staff that can speak international languages (English or French)

Every thing is amazing and fantastic, I like the the atmosphere of the hotel, very nice staff at the reception desk very help full, with excellent location at gamat al dowel al Arabia ST Mohandesin

only the location i would say that i really liked .. its really close to everything & very convenient for any one looking for services and easy access to shops & commercial areas , very easy to recognise by taxis or any pick up

For such price & location in one of the most popular streets it should have been better , Facilities was very poor ,Rooms & service was average ,Staff was unprofessional , I booked a room for 5 days to my 2 guests , staff couldn't communicate or help them in any way they donno English even basics, i had to call & translate for them every thing they need during their stay it was an extra pardon for me , The only thing they cared about was $$.They charged them for the first bottle of water ,made the guest sign on spot to give them one bottle, they could have add it to their room bill without this rude way as if they will escape once taking it after my long arguments , they said they will give 2 free bottles daily i went to check on my guests first thing they told me in the reception, before replying my good morning was that your guests owe us 10 $ as if they stole it only cuz they didn't have change on their first day of arrival !! We requested water boiler many times they didn't bring ,until i forced them, they got me a used one belongs to one of the staff members , over all it was Embarrassing experience for me personally & for my guests who stayed there i dont recommend it at all unless you had no other option like me

Uncooperative staff. Provides wrong information when asked. Shortages of amenities like bathroom towels, shampoo, toothbrush.. etc

The best hotel ,beautiful, clean, and simple without any exaggeration. The staff were lovely and friendly, especially Easter. I will definitely book with them again, and the manager in charge was amazing.

Location is excellent and greatBeds are comfortable and size of rooms is suitable with a space to stay in sofa and desk.Rooms are bigger than many hotels around.Give you as a family a good space to move and eat and whatever.

I was staying with family in triple room. The furniture is not very clean. floor carpet are very dirty.Mattress needs changeWifi inside rooms are weekSome of the staff like the one women wearing head covering is rough and one other are not cooperative. Talking in blunt rough way.The price is very high comparing to other hotels in cairo and high in proportion to facility.The entrance of hotel from outside is not clean and bad smell.The breakfast is verygood but it is the same everyday with no single changes or addition making it boring.Again with the price of hotel it is not an excellent value for price.

unfortunately the hotel it is very bad the room was too dirty bad smail and the tv not workin aircondatiin also dosnt working phone service no cnuction when i talked with respation about this issue it was with gairl her name marwa , she was very very rude ,and i told she i will complain to bookin .com ,and she told me i dont care

The hotel was good specially Mr.Mina Zaki , the Manager , he was super and helped us a lot to make our reservation, and solve our problems we met in the place , Thanks for all the help during our stay

They said that I haven't booked it, I ended up getting another hotel.

Every thing. Starting from not providing me with the room i booked, instead, they gave me different room with different bed. Their excuse that all rooms were reserved. How about my confirmation from Booking!!!! The room and furniture were so old and the bed sheets are dirty. The staff not cooperated well

I booked through the app for around $40, but when I arrived, the reception charged me $60 with no action or follow-up from Booking management. The place was disappointing—the furniture is old and worn out, the TV is a small, outdated box model. I haven’t seen a TV like that in years. It’s hard to believe this is rated as a 4-star hotel.

The hôtel is well located, at the limite of Gizeh district on Nile west bank, very close to Zamalek island and to old Cairo center. Gameat Al Dowal main street is just in front of the hotel, out of the traffic-jam areas at the rush hours (unlike Cairo center), useful to get a taxi or uber very quickly and go to Pyramids & Sphinx. The hotel an room are really clean and quiet, with very friendly staff, and with a restaurant located at the 10th floor, with a large view on west and north. Breakfast offers the expected and necessary diversity (sweet, continental...). Last point: there is a spa integrated to the hotel with quality service. Holiday Express is not a Marriott or a Hilton hôtel for sure but it has its own inner charm, offering a very good compromise between price, location and standing.I do recommend it ??
