The Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the Breakfast was awesome too. We loved this place.

No WiFi and the communication barrier was hard as only 1 of them spoke English a little bit.

there wasn’t a private door to this place! and no direction sign to it !! I had to ask around in order to find out i have to go through a public pool to reach the chalet rooms !! the pool gate is guarded by guard, second night I came back after midnight and the gate was closed I kept knocking on the gate to get the guard open it for me !! i switched hotel next day! yet, the staff asked me to write a survey and assure to me it’s only for evaluation of staff and will not be used against me with my complaint with booking.com , they lied ! and refused to refund the rest of my money !

bath room is terrible and there is no phone on rooms. if you need room service you have to go to them.

They offer 3 types of breakfast for your choicce one is oriental ( local) food, , other is continental and the third consisting more of cakes and gateaux i tried them all and liked the varieties every day

On both sides of the room there are two larg halls where they celebrate marriage paries . and I found it very noisy between 7- 12 PM , one can not enjoy any quietness outdoors at the terrace. Also they offer breakfast at fixed time between 9-11 Am which I found very inconvenient as an early riser

first, the name of this hotel is not shown on its gate, it is written to the swimming poolsecond, they charged me 1120 EGP despite that booking was indicating the charge as 1114 EGP and neglecting the instructions of the Egyptian Central Bank that indicate to the hotels the price of the US dollar as 15.65 EGP which make the charge 1109.12 EGPcleanliness is not accepted, bed sheets not clean, broken tv remote, we changed the room requesting a heaterbreakfast was expected to be at 9:30 am not before then we requested to have it at night, it was served not as shown on the described and with very bad qualitythe staff is not professional

The view was great,The room was clean and neat and the receptionist was so helpful and friendly, the break fast was delicious..

There is no telephone in the room to communicate with the reception.. There isn't any way of entertainment

Location is good, staff are very polite but facilities are very poor like 1- no phone in room, They put warning on water heater to switch it off before use !!!!, also noticed no ventilator inside the bathroom and no comfortable chairs inside room .

The roof was very noisy and there was so many activities adjacent to building like swimming pool and training for kida and there was a cafeteria above my room and continuously moving tables abd chairs.

The staff were very friendly. I would give 20 rating for the the staff members. Also the location is really good.

The cabins were advertised as 4-star but they are clearly 3-star or bellow. The carpet is old and has many spots so are the couch and the armchairs. Eventhough it is clean, the carpet and the armchairs are very old and have marks all over them which make the apartment look dirty. Management needs to throw them away and buy new ones. In conclusion, for a 2-3 star is good hotel but no way it's 4-star. Thank God the staff are very nice people and will make your stay nice and give you positive feelings.

The first room is not clean, it's not a hotel it's just a public swimming pool with rooms

To start with it really does have a lot of potential but I can’t believe the amount of corners the cut to save a few extra bucks. The view is stunning and the room is actually spacious. Tv has plenty of channels to watch and the location is fantastic but that’s where it ends

let me start by saying the mattress actually doesn’t fit the bed. So you have one end sticking out of the bed which makes the bed uneven. You’re literally sleeping with your legs elevated. The mattress is supper old and probably the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. The bathroom shower is a 3x3 square which is covered by a curtain. Since the curtains don’t reach all the way to the ground, get ready to flood the bathroom. Internet does not exist in the rooms nor do they have a phone to even call the front desk. Instead, you are given a piece of paper with a phone number on it to call. If you decide to go stay at a lower floor like I did, be prepared to have people outside screaming. Finding this hotel is impossible because there is literally no sign. You have to go through a public pool, walk down the stairs and enter a small office to check yourself in. There is literally nothing that even indicates there is a hotel. Security is a huge concern; the room has sliding doors that’s consists of 4 panels that are suppose to stay stationary when locked however this isn’t the case. When all sliding doors are locked, the window still opens, all you have to do is push slightly hard and all 4 panels become one and slides open. Fair to say whoever installed it wasn’t licensed.
