The location of this hotel is phenomenal. The rooftop restaurant has excellent food and spectacular views of the pyramids.

The bed was lumpy with low quality sheets that were scratchy. The bathroom had mold in it and the hot water in the shower didn’t work.

You can’t beat this location. The view of pyramids from that restaurant is absolutely stunning. We didn’t even bother going to 9pyramids lounge because I think this place is better. The food was great and staff amazing. The rooms are spacious but nothing luxurious. Let’s just say it’s not a Hilton room. But it was clean. Also we got to stay in an adjoining part of the hotel. I think the main lobby looks WAY better than the extension part we were in. Not sure if the rooms in the main part of the hotel are better. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay.

The room could use a coat of paint and wall repair. It would better if the staff spoke better English and the concierge could help with bookings. They tried organizing an itinerary for our 3 days but the price was absolutely exorbitant. We booked our own things through Viator. Also the a price for their car to take you anywhere is 25 US dollars - even if you are going across the street to the Gem museum. I recommend using Uber app.

    Will joy be back

Shower handle was broken, hot water comes and goes, WiFi was almost non-existent, rooms uncleaned after 2 days there, courtyard was dirty and poorly maintained.

The view of the pyramids from our terrace room was fantastic. The hotel was also 400m from the Marriott Mena House Hotel if you are looking for good dinning options.

We did not use the air conditioner as it made an odd smell when turned on. No hot water in shower on a couple of occasions. Terrace screen door ripped. The hotel street and neighbourhood were in verypoor condition, a little sketchy.

Great breakfast with a view! Airport transfer was super easy. Staff are super friendly. Restaurant is really good.

Just be aware that there isn't anything around the hotel. Right now, you cannot walk to the GEM or the main pyramids entrance. But, the hotel was a convenient place to base for tours of Saqqara, Giza and Dashur. We chose to stay elsewhere to explore Cairo. The shower in our room made a complete mess of the bathroom. No room cleaning during our stay to deal with the mess.

Great location, rooms were spacious and on site restaurant was the best food we had the whole time in Egypt

Hot water didn’t work after 23:00

    The location and the food

The shower was not working properly and they were not able to fix it.

Nothing only disappointed things, due hotel maintenance started at early morning without informing the guests very bad experience I couldn’t sleep for 2 days due this maintenance in hotels

Unfortunately, during both days of my stay, loud maintenance work began at 09:00 and continued for long periods. I couldn’t sleep for 2 days due this hotel maintenance I raised the issue with reception, but I was told, “this is Egypt work time maintenance.” While I understand local practices, as a guest I was never informed in advance of such disruptive works. This made it impossible to sleep or rest, defeating the main purpose of booking a hotel.

The room was ideal for a family of four as the kids had their own bedroom. The view from the hotel was incredible and the food for dinner and breakfast was delicious.

    10NadiaPosted on: 7-6-2025

The hotel is clean, comfortable, good location and staff very friendly. The restaurant on the 5th floor had amazing food. Breakfast was also delicious

    9ScottPosted on: 6-29-2025

Staff was attentive, friendly, and clearly were making and effort to be good hosts. Great view of the pyramids during breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, there were several options to choose from: continental breakfast, and two different Egyptian breakfast combinations. There was a substantial amount of food for each breakfast option.

Unfortunately, the room needed some plumbing work while we were there. The manager was apologetic, and offered us a different room.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was amazing, the food upstairs was delicious, the price was great and the views were truly breathtaking. I’m so glad i found this place. I highly recommend it!

    Everything was perfect

The restaurant has an excellent view of the pyramids and the food is very good

The hotel looks a little worn and tired

    10LaraPosted on: 5-23-2025

The staff. The rooms. The view. The food. And most important the QUIET as most hotels in Giza near pyramid are very noisy! This is the most quiet place to rest after the busy temple experience ??

Decoration style, modern and clean and staff always smiling and ready to help genuinely ?

It wasn’t really a good spot

I got a knock on my hotel room door at 12:15amFrom the manager Asking me to pay $150 moreWhen I asked why, it’s because my 2 person bedroom, I only selected 1 person at time of booking (even though it’s a 2 person room- and the price is the same if you select 2 people)This felt like a shake downBut worse was it was after midnight

    8ZahraPosted on: 4-26-2025

The views were great, the room was quite big and nice.Bathrooms were a little small and had a stench, but otherwise, it was overall good.

    Nothing to dislike
