Salma Hotel

Great location in a quiet side street in Dokki. Accessible from main roads. There is a mosque and a supermarket nearby. The hotel was built to be a hotel, so it is well built, not a building which was modified to be a hotel. The electric work is done neatly , with some faceplates that accept any kind of socket. The room is bright, with three levels of lighting. The sockets are everywhere. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. There is a walkin closet, a safe and a good area,

There is a lot of room for improving the breakfast. The room service is good, but too slow. The A/C is noisy, and the door is not well noise isolated.

The hospitality was wonderful and the staff was really helpful, special thanks to Mr. Hossam and to the room service staff Doaa, the room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful

Breakfast was nice.

The staff wanted to overcharge. I was checking out hours before my checkout time and the staff said I didn’t pay one of the nights stay and when I told him I made all the reservation on booking.com and paid in person he didn’t listen until others joined. Instead of apologizing he just said there was a system error.

The Most Beautiful thing for Salma Hotel is its Location, Very Quiet Street Mohamed kamel Morsy Is very Quiet, also Stuff was very Cooperative, the bed mattress was Very Comfortable I selpt 7 hours in this night

Upon arrival, my reservation didn't appear on their system but they were so understanding and they helped me check in easily and they even sent me a complimentary desert that was absolutely heaven

The rooms are good and the location is beautiful. From personal experience, I claim that every person who goes to the hotel is very nice, especially Mr. Ahmed Hassan.

Almost everything, first of all bed mattress are so old, bathroom old and water pressure too low, no shower curtain even.All night I couldn’t sleep, some thing bites, worst hotel I ever been.AC really noisy and I you can’t control it , I called the reception and they send me maintenance man also he even hade no clue .

Room are old and not good. Toilet are not clean.and they need to Repair all hotel and Rooms.Much expensive for this hotel at least one night there cost not more 10 euro with this hotel Quality!!
