I really like the location because it was far away from Street noise and you could get some really good sleep there

This location requires a little walk to go anywhere but it was fine with me

Everything very nice I loved around the hotel beautiful area the room were nice and clean

Service was excellent and the cleanliest was outstanding . Cleanest I have stayed in other than the Rixos. The service was excellent by all. There was not one thing I had to request

The staff are very well mannered and helpful especially Muhammad Amr at the reception and Sameer the porter.

The only thing I would say was a plus about the Hotel was the guy who worked on check in on arrival. He was friendly and helpful.

Tv didn’t work in the room. It was frozen on animal planet for 2 days. Reset everything and was still the same Bathroom /bath/shower was filthy dirty. We went out all day on a tour and came back at 6pm and the room was not cleaned and towels not changed as we requested when we left at 8am with a sign on the door saying please make up room. Bed and pillows poor sheet quality. Full of bobbles and holes . For nearly €150 for 2 nights I expected a lot more. WiFi was no existent outside the lobby . Didn’t connect at all on any devices on the 8th floor. The constant trumpet music from the elevator is annoying too as it’s constant. Room wasAlso dusty and not cleaned properly on arrival

The staff were all extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good bedroom were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The WIFI is not good slow and it doesn’t connect all the time. The bathroom needs a better extraction fan.

Hotel is located close to many embassies.

If you care about your financial assets, avoid this hotel.We spent 3 nights in the hotel, upon returning home, my wife and I realized that a large amount of cash had disappeared from our luggage, our cash had been replaced with a pile of $1 bills.

The staff is very good and professional and always there if you need them

The shower needs slippery mats, it's so hazard after using the shower.The room floor is not clean

Loud music till 3:00 am. Dogs bark. Beds were horrible. Bathtub is disgusting.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Cairo.This was one of the best experiences ever. Property is very clean and has a fantastic old time charm. conveniently in a great and quiet location.The staff at Zayed hotel are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They really deserve awards, Ahmed who is professional and competent but also very friendly and supportive, also Mario and others, I have to mention the cleaning staff Safa’a and all other staff.Thank you all

Interier of Hotel looks fabulous, but not suitable for disabled people!!!View from the roof is horrible, rooms are shabby, floor of the rooms are dirty! Rooms nit suitable for disabled people! Breakfast time says 6.00 am but in reality is starts 8.00 am. Needs more hot food to be served at the breakfast, packed breakfast is not acceptable for this kind hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay there it was amazing ?? the staff were friendly and helpful I appreciate what there did for me especially the front desk staff, the hotel has perfect location very near from the centre, the hotel was very clean, definitely I will revisit it again.

Large room, rooms seemed to be clean., comfortable bed. It is good value for the relatively low cost

Fittings and decor dated but functional. Aircon too noisy to have on whilst sleeping, fridge also noisy. Quite noisy at night, partly from dogs partly from music coming from somewhere in the hotel.

furniture is too old .especially the doors of rooms..there’s a bad smell from old doors make you feel bad.

ALTHOUGHT THE HOTEL AND THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN THIS OLDER HOTEL IS IN NEED OF A DETAILED CLEANING OF MISC FIXTURES, FACUETS, COUNTER TOPS AND OLDER ITEMS HOUSED IN HOTEL [THE SORT OF ITEMS THAT ROOM MAIDS DO NOT TYPICALLY CLEAN ON A DAILY BASIS AND ONLY NEEDS CLEANING EVERY SEVERAL YEARS TO GET THAT NICE POLISHED LOOK]
