The staff are awesome and not begging very helpful

I think the hotel is a bit outdated and the one of the beds was dirty they did send someone to clean it immediately because of the awesome customer service I will Recommend

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a resort-style feel, though some furnishings felt slightly dated. The pool area was large and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind away from the city. Breakfast offered a wide selection, catering to both local and international tastes, though it could get busy during peak times.The calm, green surroundings were a welcome contrast to central Cairo. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and quiet for a city hotel.

The location is somewhat removed from downtown Cairo, making transport necessary for most activities. Service could be inconsistent at times, and some areas would benefit from modernization.

They are not clear with the information they provide. They charged me 16 USD per person for breakfast instead of 7,65 Euros they announce. The rooms where not ready even though I have specifically wrote them regarding a third bed. They even lied that they don't have extra beds but still brought it when I insisted and read them the email they wrote. Very disappointed.

Internet service was very poor. Most of times slow or no connection. Aldo rooms and furniture look very old. Swimming pool water was not temperature maintained in November (was cooled so you cannot swim)Rest all

The room was absolutely splendid and gave an amazing Egyptian vibe with a view of the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I really didn't feel like leaving.

Nothing the place was splendid.

Service is amazing especially from Mohamed nabil! He gave me relaxed waiting time and gave me longer late checkout and other services. The place is clean and anything comes on time. I stayed here twice. The second time i stayed they have improved everything from the services to what i get in my room

The pool is fabulous; there is some construction going on by the rooms, but we couldn’t hear it from inside; the restaurant buffet was good, the staff courteous and professional. Ladies, a word about attire: always have a cover up that wraps at least past your hips! I was not allowed back into the hotel from the pool with just a top over my bathing suit. A Muslim country. Play by their rules.

I checked in and had to go in town, so I asked to drop my luggage in my room. When I came back, my luggage was at the entrance of the hotel without any surveillance

Overall, beautiful rooms, great service clean and tidy throughout. Kind helpful staff and any issues were dealt with immediately. For example late check out was not an issue and no charge was taken.

Music in the reception was loud and crackly so we struggled to sit and relax, the hotel is right by a highway so keep in mind for onward tours make sure you have cash for taxis. Not a problem but always good to know in advance. The hotel is finishing construction so it can get loud during the day if you are staying by the pool.
