Excellent value hotel, especially the Nile view suites. Great location near the Nile and in the heart of downtown. Breakfast is very good, fresh. The front desk staff is exceptionally helpful - from directions, early check in, covid tests, etc.
Smooking inside the hotel and the restorant
Very welcoming staff they made a cute decoration and offered us a cake celebrating our anniversary
Cigarettes smell in the room and very noisy although we booked higher floor as per our request
The place is amazing truly, truly beautiful and very close to everything. The view is absolutely stunning! There’s also Le Poir Café, and their breakfast is wonderful, clean, and all-inclusive. The room and the entire accommodation we booked were spacious, elegant, and spotless. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited and among the best hotels I’ve stayed at. For me, it was almost at the most affordable price. the value compared to the services, location, and accommodation was fantastic.
Location was excellent, Basic breakfast. Staff were helpful. There was some issues with our room which they fixed quickly.
This hotel is only Ideal for a good night’s sleep while spending your days enjoying the city
The was the best location to visit the city of Cairo. It was in walking distance to several things. The hotel pictures were accurate unlike many places in the area after during research. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. There was some noises from cars outside the hotel but that's typical in the city and it wasn't noticeable at all between 1am - 7am. The Nile suite view was great value for space and the view.
The room was very spacious, and the breakfast included a freshly made-to-order omelette. The staff were extremely helpful. When I checked out, the porter even helped me by carrying my suitcases a couple of blocks down the street to my destination! Truly above and beyond the usual duty. The location is fantastic, very close to the museum at Tahrir Square. While not as posh as the neighboring Steigenberger Hotel, the price was half or less and the room was larger.
As is usual in downtown Cairo, there was a lot of noise from cars honking that can be heard in one's room.
Friendly stuff..nice location.. a good value for your money
The noise coming from the streets.
Location was great, just in front of the Egyptian museum, near El-Tahrir square. Staff were always very friendly and professional. Room was spacious and clean.
Hotel is extremely noisy given its location, with constant traffic and honking all day. Facilities are a bit outdated, and could use some renovations.
The location is great and the stuff are nice, it may look old but the price of fare
Location and price
Great location. Nice breakfast, clean rooms and building.
Not quite as spacious as some others.
Great staff, very accommodating, amazing breakfast.
The hotel can't do much about the noise as everyone constantly honks at all hours of the day.
The location of Cleopatra Hotel is excellent — right in the city center, making it easy to reach major attractions like the Egyptian Museum and the Nile River. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with taxis and local recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city skyline
Wi FI is terrible.the breakfast is good.
The property surrounding streets are very derby, disgusting.
NEAR FROM EVERYWHERE.
EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD. ALL THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. SPECIALLY MR. AHMAD MAHMOUD AND MISS NERMINE.
Position (al tahihir square) and the staff super nice (the lady manager so sweet!)
Cleaniness is not the best but they try their best.
