Pros +
- If the staff could get more than a "10" rating, I would give them a 15!! Every morning our breakfast was brought to the place of our choosing (included with stay), the car rental was taken care of and a wonderful discount was given through the hotel.
Cons -
- Unfortunately the bed was really firm/hard. My husband and I both thought so. But in spite of that, we were still able to get a good night's sleep. Not sure if it is just the bed in the big suite or all the rooms, but I hope it will be replaced.
