Loved the breakfast and the location

It needs a bit of investment on the facility, having access to play the games would have been nice (people would ask for tennis for example and the rest of the people could not play all day - same happened with the pool) so they are not really available there is no max time o have the games so people just took the rackets to their rooms or the pool balls while nobody else could play.

Breakfast was so good. The room was comfortable and clean. Location was super convenient.

Facilities look a a bit old. Hotel is a bit pricey too

The hotel is family friendly. The location is excellent and the staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Excellent service by the hotel.

The building needs to be renovated and updated. The room we has clean but quite bare.

The property is a little outdated

The indoor pool is spacious and has a pleasant temperature. Breakfast is very complete.

At the entrance there are stairs, and there is no way to get a stroller up.

The location; we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the room was comfortable

Room descriptions were not clear.Elevators did not work all the time.Lacking kitchen amenities(i.e. no kettle).Room had very minimal furniture compared to other units.

Breakfast, pool, paddle, location, everything was great. Very kind staff, everything very clean. Beach towels available for free, as well as balls and other elements. Cold and hot water everytime.

Room a little bit smaller than it looks on pictures. Also, prior maintenance would have been necessary (old shower, window broken, a cuple of lights not working and the front door key, well, hard to be closed). Not big deal but regarding the cost it would've expected not to ask for these things.

All facilities and room were low quality and needing maintenance.It was not as shown in the pictures, very disappointing.

There weren’t any items that we liked

Dirty, old, un-functional facilities, broken or almost falling apart structures and pavings. Price of stay was like 7 stars hotel, almost 300$ a day, but hotel quality was like a roadhouse motel somewhere in 3rd world country.

Room was good. Great size and distribution. Bathroom needs renovation.

Breakfast could be better. Staff was great, but food was not as expected for the hotel rate.

the aircon could be stronger

They often “ran out of eggs” and coffee boiled over; else was rather good and plentiful. Excellent lobby staff and room service.

No ramps for the handicapped. The indoor pool water was too cold occasionally.

We stayed only one night. Fair solution to be in the centre of Punta del Este.
