- Well illuminated, close to restaurants and convenience stores and Malecon. The restaurant at 1st floor excellent service and dishes
- Wonderful room - clean and good size. Hotel overall was great.
- Great service and secure nice location
Cons -
- Coffee capsules are paid, totally disappointing in 4 star hotel!
- Check in took too long and room was not ready. Had to wait an hour which was not ideal given that we'd been traveling since 3am. But this was the only hiccup we encountered.
- Website said customer only need and ID and a credit card doesn¿t mention anything about must have a passport
