- Nice staff
- the hotel wasnâ≢t too far from the airport, and had everything almost everything we were looking for with a decent price.
- The location is good, quite close to the central park. The rooms are clean, and the daily room services succeeded to keep the cleanness. The staff are friendly, and are always with smiles.
Cons -
- The location is not safe at night do not go out if you don¿t know the area and don¿t speak Spanish.
- Dated
- They do not have a shuttle as advertised, they offered to call a taxi but at our cost

The location is good, quite close to the central park. The rooms are clean, and the daily room services succeeded to keep the cleanness. The staff are friendly, and are always with smiles.
The staff there were showing poor efficiency and poor professionalism in their work. The hotel is relatively old. The breakfast is not that attractive.
