Pros +
- The staff help me to find food, adress and cleaning
- The hotel is in close proximity to the Malecon 2000. It is new and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC worked great. The breakfast was nice. It had the bare necessities. the bed was comfortable.
- This is a well located, comfortable, very clean hotel. The staff were excellent; the bed was comfortable; breakfast was good and the WiFi was reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons -
- missinformation about rate with payment with credit card
- The room has no desk to work at. It has one unused plug in the entire room. The shower is half open and water splatters on the floor but there is no floor towel. Across the street is a disco that gets loud until the wee hours of the morning on the weekend. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room. Must pay cash when you arrive - credit cards are not accepted.
- Nothing that we didn't like, it was worth the amount paid.
