My room had a private balcony with a decent view. The breakfast every morning was charming.
It Has charm. It was full of beautiful local art objects. And the location is fantastic
The people working there, two extremely helpful guys @ front desk. Hotel employee very helpful, a very pleasant young fellow, other I didnt get name. Food was good in dining room.

Cons -

A very busy train track runs along the perimeter of the hotel so there are loud train horns every few minutes from 6am until about 10pm. Miserable. You are not allowed to have a friend come to your room. No exceptions. The mattress was old and very bad
location of room plus no air conditioning or safe. location good but would be cautious walking in areas around there.
