    Pros +

    • That water was calm due to the inlet. My room faced the water...that's it.
    • The room was really terrific. And the beach, while small. Was well kept and warmer than the other areas of water because of its location.
    • Nice upscale resort that gives you access to two other sister resorts on the island via a free shuttle. Clean and well run resort with a very nice breakfast included in our rate.

    Cons -

    • Food was terrible. Nothing was fresh. No snacks were available beyond two jars of junk food. Service was slow. Kids everywhere. Stuck on tip of island. Drinks were not even close - a spicy margarita does not include 5 shakes of tobasco sauce.Stay a
    • The staff is miserable. They literally will not make eye contact with you. To get any service outside, you have to get in line around the bar and hope someone looks at you. The lunch menu ready like a children's menu. We left 2 days early.
    • There were many incidentals that we were not expecting and you don't really have much of a choice as to where to buy groceries or go out to eat other that the resort due to its isolated location.

Restaurant options, friendly staff, serene setting, all-inclusive.

    A little far from shopping.

    10KellyPosted on: 4-5-2025

Very clean and the friendliest workers that feel like family!! Great food and stunning views!

    6ChristopherPosted on: 2-17-2025

Good location, not too big a resort and in my view much more relaxing than the sister resort Alexandra.Food was excellent. I recommend Salt Pedro was very attentive and helpful.

It is a bit tired and dated. ( lift not working , furniture a bit worn etc)Some of the service in restaurants was not great and a bit chaotic . We frequently felt we were invisible. Some staff didn’t really offer a good customer experience.

The property was beautiful and low-key. Everyone was helpful and friendly. You can take the shuttle to their sister property for a more lively atmosphere. I didn’t want to leave!

Perfect - not too large, great facilities, excellent food, and wonderful staff.

    There was nothing!

    6LindaPosted on: 12-14-2024

Most of the staff were wonderful. Food was excellent.

Not much beach area. Had to go to other resort for more restaurants. Had a problem with check in and was not happy with outcome.

    9ChristyPosted on: 8-15-2024

Friendly staff! Always ready and willing to help. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and of course beautiful.I loved the gym!

Very small beach. There were only 3 restaurants in the resort to choose from but they were only open certain hours/ days so we had to leave the resort a couple of times for dinner….Which you don’t want to do when you book all-inclusive.

    Not much

The bed was so uncomfortable we could not sleep. Checked out after the 1st night

    10MarkPosted on: 6-2-2024

I will start by saying, everything was superb. The staff was great, from the welcome team to the wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping, tour desk, security and the event staff(Smiley, Coco, Tishane, and Chikoca). Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's name, the hostess at the Fire and Ice was wonderful. The food was awesome! Wait staff were very accommodating. The pool was great, having a bar there was nice. The special nights were great as well.

The resort is a bit away from shopping, bug bites on the beach, bathroom floor was slippery when wet. The store could have had a few more souvenirs to purchase.

Beautiful location and lots of options on site. Very clean and always towels and chairs available

Swimming area small but water very calm

Private, secluded property and beach. Staff made the stay exceptional. Food and service was great. Rooms were clean and spacious.

    Quiet, beautiful, clean, amazing personnel

Beautiful location, gorgeous grounds and immaculately clean. Not crowded.Awesome gym.Good (but not great) food.

Our room was a king suite with a balcony which was gorgeous and clean - amazing views. However, there was an adjoining room separated by a door. We could hear EVERY SINGLE THING our neighbors did next door and they were not loud (except when they were getting busy or fighting which happened a lot). The staff were nice but not great a communicating. And I understand there are margins of profit that need to be maintained, I would have expected a little bit better service. Waiters on the beach would pass us by without taking our order.

    6LauraPosted on: 1-7-2024

    The room was gorgeous!

The pool was freezing cold and no one used it. The restaurant service was agonizingly slow which is typical for Turks but even when there were very few customers they were slow. Ex. We went for lunch with 3 small kids around 2:00 - only a few other tables were full. An hour after we ordered no one had checked in with us and we saw other diners who came later receiving their food. When we asked what was taking so long the manager said our server had gone on break and never put in the order. So a quick late lunch turned into over two hours and kids meltdowns.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is extremely clean and well taken care of. Very relaxed environment and never had to worry about finding a beach chair in the morning. Room was extremely clean and always cleaned before noon each day. The food and staff at Salt were great--lots of options. Pool bar and 360 bar were also great. Lots of nice music and entertainment. Fun beach time activities. Fire pits were nice to sit around at night too.

The food at Fire & Ice was okay--pretty upscale and modern. The breakfast and lunch options could have been better--maybe more buffet items? The fish fry (the only open dinner option on Monday nights) was not so good, most of the food was cold outside sitting in the catering tins. Wish we had known what all was in the market on the property. We didn't go to until the last day (no one really talked about it while we were there) and wish we had checked it out before then-iced coffee! snacks! souvenirs! I also wish there was a better system for the shuttle to the other resort. Those could be crowded and you had to make sure you got in line early so you could get on it.

    10MichelePosted on: 12-18-2023

We loved the sun beds which were included as well as the beautifully laid out property

Needed more places open all day to eat - no buffet
