Pros +
- location
- Loved being able to access the Sunscape and Secrets resorts here
- The customer service sucked, I had to ask for the same things over and over again
Cons -
- The water smelled like rotten eggs at some points, the water in the shower was not hot enough it was like warm, the ceiling in the bathroom and room leaked when we tried to turn off the AC so we had to keep it cold in the room
- we booked an oceanfront room and they did not accomdate that request, tried you contact you you were supposed to get back to me but no one every did
- The attention to detail is lacking severely. Everything from the grounds maintenance to the filthy hallways and elevators. I asked to speak to the hotel manager on two different occasions and was told he was not available. I will leave it at that.
