Toilets and the bed were not great. Light came through the poor quality of the windows and hard to get asleep. Had to sleep with a cloth over my face.

Location and price, and the staff was great.

The large room, the substantial furniture and comfortable bed, with two pillow choices, soft & hard, the overall layout and design of the lobby. However, I need to explain why the overall was poor, as in my complaint below. NO DRINKING WATER.

No drinking water! Thus, very poor! Only a 1/2 litre bottle the first day, then no water in the hotel. We had to purchase plastic bottles (which I hate) in order to drink, and they were expensive at the desk too.
