- It has a natural pool and is across the street from chechin itza. The restaurant was priced low and had good food.
- Staff was excellent. Very atentative
- The hotel location is close to Chichen Itza and Cenote Ik Kil. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant food was tasty.
Cons -
- No breakfast menu, however they do give a decent free breakfast
- There were a fair amount of mosquitoes outside. Bring bug spray.
- The rooms are aging. Since the AC isn't open all the time and the windows kept open, the jungle humidity can be hard to get rid of. The staff, while courteous isn't very talkative. The rooms are clean, but the linens are deteriorated & need to be changed.

Location is fantastic: Right in front of the Ik Kil Cenote, 5 minutes away from Chichen Itza: sleeping there allows you to avoid the crowds and make a very proactive use of the day. The price was very good, and the included breakfast quite honest.
