Pros +
- The location was excellent and the hotel was beautiful with a colonial vibe to it. It has a restaurant and bar, because there is not much in the surrounding area. I only wish I could had stayed longer.
- location, only 5 minute walk from Chichen. The room itself was ok. Nothing special but it really was pretty clean.
- Nice collection of artifacts throughout the hotel.Close to Chichen Itza.
Cons -
- The food was extremely overpriced for the quality, amount and taste. They charged double the price for a Coke as I would've paid in the US. Even getting a glass of ice was a hassle. They had to ok it with management and it was half melted when I got it.
- This was the last hotel we stayed in during our 2000 km drive to Palenque and back to Cancun. It was the only hotel during our trip in which the hotel front desk staff was so unfriendly. Poor restaurant service, pool closed at 7pm,room extremely small.
