The property has beautiful gardens with nature,

Terrible smell of mold in the room. If you’re allergic like me, run. Bed and mattress are old, moldy, uncomfortable. Shower was cold and had a bad pressure. Very bad for the price we paid. Needs to be renovated urgently

This beautiful hotel is well maintained with lovely gardens and amazing architecture. The bed was comfortable, our view was lovely and staff were helpful.

The gym could use a little updating.

Nothing. It was filthy and the people were horrible.

They were thieves. They charged us for 2 nights even though we only stayed one. They assured us we could get our money back "online" through Booking.com. When we made the request, they denied it. On top of that, the place was absolutely filthy. Bedbugs, dirty, smelly rooms. The couch in the reception was disgusting. Whatever you do, don't stay here.

3 days no hot water ( had to call Front Office every day to fix water issue) , very outdated hotel, room doors very thin- you can almost look thourgh the doors

Location quite far away from the square, restaurant not great.

Surrounded by wonderful local vegetation.We liked everything including a good AC. Staff friendly and helpful and food delicious

Gardens were lovely. Room was large and clean and comfortable.

We chose this property for the tennis court and the staff were painting the tennis court! So, it was kind of sad but no one’s fault. Crazy timing!

The property and rooms are beautiful and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the center.

The pool was a little unkept and the staff wasn’t the most helpful or friendly.

comfortable rooms, good parking spaces, quiet area without city noice and easily accessible to the center of the city. Polite staff and a bonus having a pool and tennis court too.

The restaurant can be better and livelier. The rooms could have been lit better and more drinking water can be provided, especially with a family of three.

the property is very old & run down. dusty & needs repair & updating. pool tiles & sun loungers in desperate need of repair. loud music/people often in the corridors

The rooms were big and there was a pool which we used quite a bitIt had some faded charm

The property is quite dated It was the most expensive place we stayed by a long way, we booked it last minute. 21% taxes were added when we got there, we didn't have a choice to stay somewhere else.I had a weird noisy plastic sheet on my bed and provision of extras in the room (water/coffee etc) wasnt consistent. Its a hotel used by tour groups and people come and go early/late - the rooms a very noisy with little soundproofingIt would have been OK if it wasn't so expensive

The decor are the only thing we liked it. Walking distance to the centre 15 minutes. Difficult to walk on the pavement with suitcases and kids.

Beautiful old building complex set up with lush gardens. The room was spacious, had a nice balcony. Staff was generally helpful, even if did not speak good English.

It's more tailored for big tourist groups, so breakfast was quite poor (made for the masses). Gym looks better in pictures than it really was.

Spacious room and beautiful grounds. The location was just off the beaten path but a short walk to city center. The staff was warm and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer and would recommend it to friends.

Not so much facility for a 5 star hotel!! Could be good that rooms provide either fridge or electric Kettle, coffee or tea etc. But non were available

Very good overall. Needs to ensure hot water works properly because it was not functioning too well, bit otherwise a good place at a reasonable price.

The garden is beautiful and the hotel is really quiet.

There was no hot water, no shower gel and shampoo and when I told the receptionist he just said he knows and that’s it. It’s a shame because I stayed a few times earlier in the hotel and unfortunately everything is changing here in the wrong direction.
