    Pros +

    • Lovely gardens, breakfast cafe, very clean, helpful and caring staff
    • Convenient location near the center. Very nice staff, good breakfast. Comfortable room (after room change).
    • Location in the city was exceptional. Walkable to area restaurants, shops, town square where there was lots of activity. We were also able to walk to the city Cenote for a swim. The hotel was spacious, charming and had an "old world" feel to it. Our room was very large but not cozy; more could be done here. Our adult children's room was in a completely different area of the property but this was ok as they're adults. Coffee and breakfast were wonderful and good quality. We loved the Al fresco environment to enjoy breakfast together without having to go anywhere else. It would have been nice to have had breakfast included.

    Cons -

    • Sometimes there was noise from construction outside the building, but not the fault of the property.
    • Initial room we got was weird. It was right on the street and looked like an interior courtyard that had been converted. But we asked to switch and got a better room in the interior (newer) part of the hotel.Pool was small and not very clean. Nice hammocks beside it, though. No designated parking. Street parking was free but not always available close to the hotel.
    • I'm dealing with financial issues now between booking.com and the property, i.e. both charged my credit card and I am still working with booking.com to resolve this issue; very disappointed!

Great location in the city just a short walk from the central square area with restaurants.

Lovely setting, great lccation, helpful staff.

Very lovely place situated in the heart of the city! Close to many different local restaurants and Autobus stations. Staff at the hotel is super friendly giving you a map of the city and plenty of advice on what to explore!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The sheets felt damp and weird and somehow sticky against the skin which was unpleasant. Fairly certain they were clean, but maybe they hadn’t been dried all the way? There was a citywide power outage in the morning so we didn’t really stick around for any of the breakfast or otherwise.

    See above re the bedding/bed

Wonderful setting in the middle of the city. Convenient location to explore Valladolid. Wonderful staff. Generous room with ample space including hammock.

Very good locationSimple yet nice place

Not much light in the rooms. Quite a darkish environment

Location was perfect and very relaxing in the middle of the city

Desk staff was a bit slow

Gorgeous place. Lovely spot by the pool to refresh and get a bit of shade with a good book. Breakfast was tasty and very reasonable for those mornings when you just want to start the day gently. Location is excellent. Lovely little local square next to the hotel, lots of food options, and you’re a very short walk into the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was delightful. All in all I couldn’t fault it. Was there with friends who had a separate room and we were all very happy and have fallen in love with Valladolid and it’s gorgeous people.

Beautiful boutique hotel, lovely setting in the court yard, sweet little pool, great location - cant fault it

excelent location. Clean. Could work a little on the decor...make it more comfy!

It should feel more comfy. Need an architect's touch yo feel more pleasant. It is a little rough.

Quiet Room nice. The garden was great Good location

No safeNo hairdryer. The breakfast was nice but not good value

    8DanielaPosted on: 3-22-2025

    Nice location, great patio.

Our room was very basic and unlike in other hotels, the recommendations of the stuff seemed more like tourist traps than actual insider tips. Otherwise, they were super nice though.

Don’t stay there - do not use the guides they propose

Room was not clean - cockroaches - we refused to stay - no refund available Hotel suggested two tours - the first to the crocodile park for 2100p - which we later found was more than twice the price of other certified guides - do not use these people

We loved our stay in Vallalodid. The setting reminded us of something out of a Hemingway novel but we had all the modern comforts. Great location. Friendly staff.

    8SiewPosted on: 2-8-2025

Location, big room, comfortable beds and pillows

No ventilation in the bathroom, no hairdryer, no phone in the room. So you need to walk to the front desks for anything you need

    9GloriaPosted on: 2-3-2025

A coozypy oasis in the Middle of the city! .

It gets noisy in the evening but Since the festivities end relatively early (10pm), being near the action was not à problem.

    9HazelPosted on: 1-31-2025

It was centrally located, pretty, and well-maintained. The room was very big and decorated in a traditional style. The bed was large and comfortable.

The floor in the room was a bit dirty and could have been cleaned better. The pool area was nice but the pool was quite small
