The hospitality as we arrived as well as cleanliness location away from loud streets and accommodation of the room and other amenities. Parking was easy and the manager Jose was more than helpful to provide us with City instructions, travel instructions, etc

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out. The entire property exudes charm and elegance, with a clear attention to detail that elevates the whole experience. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay, and there's no doubt—we will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect!

The staff was very welcoming and professional, Eduardo at the reception with his bright smile as well as the attentive restaurant staff.I stayed in room 6 which is the last one on the ground floor and loved it. Beautifully decorated and with a calming view to the garden and all greenery outside, it was very peaceful. The bed was very comfy, the AC was blowing cold fresh air, and I rested well overnight. I decided to dine in the hotel restaurant, and oh boy what a lovely surprise. The menu consists of Spanish classics, tortilla espanola, pulpo alla gallega, croquettes etc. Everything was well executed in terms of quality, flavor and plating. I did enjoy my free margarita too :)Breakfast was included and also very good, with many options to chose from, well cooked and presented.

The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The gardens were so beautiful and great the relax in, you almost forget you're in the middle of the city. It felt a safe neighbourhood to walk around in at night.

Everything! The bed was big and comfy. The room was spacious and well decorated and immaculately clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We mentioned when we were arriving, and they stored our luggage and let us check in an hour only. The breakfast food was delicious. Also the restaurant for lunch/evening meal was great too. If you have any doubts about booking here, ignore them and book it. You won't regret it. This place was amazing and we miss it already.

The only thing I would change is for breakfast to be served earlier so that you can still travel to Chichen Itza early in the morning.

Wonderful welcome, courtesy cocktail at the bar, fruits, water and cookies in the room, delicious and healthy a la carte breakfast. very confortable bed and beautiful bathroom

hot water wasn't working

Beautiful room with hammock, comfortable large bed, great rain shower and double sink. The property had a beautiful internal garden with trees, plants and flowers. Good bar and restaurant with wonderful staff. We were there on Valentine’s Day and they provided an amazing valentines dinner with an accompanying Mariachi band. The breakfast is delicious - highly recommended.

It was a good 10-15 minute walk to the centre so you may wish to consider a taxi which are very reasonably priced in Valladolid. There wasn’t any facilities to make a coffee in the room.

Neighborhood is a challenge . 50 meters before reaching the hotel we asked ourselves if the GOS was wrong.

Very spacious rooms! Welcoming service and nice breakfast ~Orlando was super friendly and made a very good margaritas! Best margaritas we had in Mexico!

The most amazing staff who couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The setting and hotel itself is beautiful! Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Location was great with a short walk to the centre. Free private secure parking was really handy.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location, about 10 minute walk to the main square. Staff were so lovely, especially Eduardo. We were upgraded and given vouchers for a free margherita which were delicious. Breakfast was the best we had in our 3 weeks stay in Mexico. Room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable.

The bathroom felt a little cramped and damp.

Breakfast was wonderful. Many choices and generous portions. Great health smoothies, fruit and egg dishes. Homemade bread too. Dinner is very good as well. We enjoyed the salmon and shrimp dishes The staff, including the very knowledgeable front desk lady, Eduardo and Orlando all contributed to a lovely stay. The hammock in the room was super.

Valet parking?

A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff just out of the main hubbub of Valladolid. The aesthetic of the hotel was stunning and it offered a serene retreat after sightseeing in the heat. We had the pleasure of being there over New Year’s Eve and attended the hotel’s celebrations - delicious meal, musical entertainment including a very lively mariachi band, sparklers and a champagne toast! A great way to welcome the New Year! We also tried the spa facilities and had an amazing ‘Chocolate Experience’ which included a scrub, wrap and massage. The therapists were very respectful but also attentive. Even my partner who is not a spa regular commented on the experience! Highly recommend this hotel. I almost forgot the cocktails!
