Pros +
- Staff are very nice and helpful
- They allow our dog.
- Very clean and internet was good. It was walking distance to 2 malls even in the heat, it wasn't too far. The coffee was very good as well.
Cons -
- It needs a refurbishing and update. Rooms are clean but the wear and tear is notorious in many parts of the rooms and building.
- Layout of the hotel is confusing and you cannot park near your room or access your room other than through the main lobby and the maze to get to your room.
- We wanted a hotel with a relaxing pool and air conditioning and where my Emotional Support Dog was welcome. This hotel is the only one that provided air conditioning, "pet friendly" and had a pool. We wanted a relaxing weekend taking turns swimming in the pool and in our room. They did not allow my dog in the restaurant even though I provided his certificate so we ordered room service. When it arrived, the waiter showed me a folded up receipt with total showing so I paid him and of course paid a tip. Later after looking at the room service menu, I realized I was charged too much so I looked at the receipt that I had the for thought to keep. They had already added a service fee to the bill and I had tipped on top of that. When I complained at the restaurant they did give me back the extra tip I paid but the claimed the service charge is normal for room service, (I would argue this as well because it is illegal to add the tip to the bill in Mexico), I left it at that and told them to tell people it is there and not to fold up the receipt to hide it. The day after we arrived, they drained the pool and never filled it back up so we were no longer able to enjoy the pool. In fact my husband had a 15 minute dip the first day and I never had an opportunity to use it at all. So now, instead of spending the day relaxing by the pool as planned, we were walking back and forth to the mall in the heat to occupy our time and the mall is air conditioned but not very well. Finally the cost, this hotel is very poor value for the money. Though the room was clean and comfortable the floor was in very bad shape. It was cheap laminate that was scuffed, lifting, patched and looked awful. It completely made the room look inferior. On top of that they charged over $1,000 MXN/night just for my dog. I do not know how they justify charging such a high price.

Service and location
Old, bad conditions, did not clean the room the first night.
Location, cleanliness, service, kindness, food quality excellent experience
All good delicious smells allHalls !
the staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. over and above expectations.
urgent remodel required. infraestructura is deteriorating, hanging doors, damaged floors. the pool is closed, the air conditioning unit extremely noisy. pillows and curtains need to be replaced.
location and staff service
I reported to front desk two issues and both were not fixed. One was related to hair shampoo dispenser did not work. But the worse one it is the inefficient wi-fi inside the 200’s rooms. There is no way to have a call on line, video call it is absolutely impossible. As a work trip, the wi-fi connectivity should be a most in this kind of hotels.
the rooms are clean and updated. nothing special or particularly nice but very functional
the property itself needs updating
it was clean, nice, pretty, in a safe part of the city and very complete (pool and gym).
Nothing. Everything was adequate
The location, the staff was great and the restaurant.
The wifi was not working in the room
comfy bed and pillow
old fashioned building
Location and staff.

Staff super friendly, location is great.
Floors and furniture damaged, bed umcorfortable, AC suuuuper noisy.
The location is perfect. Just a couple of blocks away from Plaza Americas. I asked for a floral arrangement for my girlfriend and they went above and beyond with it. They exceeded my expectations. Huge thanks to Leticia at the reception desk for always being so nice and helpful. Juan at the entrance was always a gentleman. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you to all the staff. I’m very grateful.
I stayed at the crown plaza also, for the price, crown plaza was far superior.
The room they gave me, and had to pay for water, bottled.
La comida deliciosa
No son pet friendly
The location is great and very quiet
Restaurant needs to improve
Great value for the money!
We had a short stay, but we liked everything.
