Bed was nice.

They gave me the wrong key-card Twice!Put me in the most far away room. Towels were completely worn out, old and ugly. We were 3 ppl but only gave un 2 towels. The view is a parking lot full of rubbish. Food is super overpriced. It sucked. Pool water was ice cold.

I called several times to the lobby without any response prior to arrival, once there the lady was inattentive, not busy, not caring. From the outside the building looks great, but rooms are dated. Parking lot was dark and busy, did bot felt secure.

Everything, only thing is the TV is really old. I couldn't watch Netflix. Disney plus or any other smart app. Other than that is really good

I liked the gym and the outdoor pool,

but the schedule the pool was very limited and the staff was rude

Air conditioner was broke. NO AIR CONDITIONER IN ALL DE BUILDING.

Nice large, clean room with great staff!

The architecture is beautiful, and the surroundings are lush with greenery, which made me feel calm and refreshed. All the staff were very kind and respectful. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

I think the room I was assigned to is not well manteined, the air conditioning was not very clean, and the blankets smelled damp and musty, like they had been in storage for a while.

The property was good , but always is something with the air conditioning…… I went every year and always the same issues with that …… the manager was very lovely but still they need to check that ….. the pool was dirty …… the stairs of the pool was broken, they need to fix that too …… I notice this since 4 years ago and still ……. The sheets are super thin and worn, the towels too, they need to renew all that, it's not a cheap hotel, they should pay more attention to that

No AC this is ridiculous...and this is not the first time it has happened...but this time I left and I went to another hotel.As much as I love Gamma HOTEL I can actually say I don't think I will ever book again there.

The location was excellent, because it was walking distance to Museo de Antropología de Xalapa and beautiful parks, which is why I traveled to Xalapa. There is a wonderful restaurant where I had Aztec soup and Caldo tlalpeño. The breakfast buffet was filled with delicious foods that were very enjoyable. The staff when out of their way to make me feel welcomed.

All I can say is that the mattress was too hard.

bad: noise! there was a party until 1:30AM on Friday and we couldnt sleep at all. There is also a club nearby that has music until 4AM and depending on your room you can def hear the bass. Room is spacious but outdated and bedsheets have spots / dirty

the room conditions are terrible it’s dirty and not clean it all. I would not recommend the hotel due to this conditions. I requested a better room twice and I’ve been told that they were not available as the floors were they are located were out of service.

Out of four days we stayed here, two days there was no hot water in the shower. The swimming pool was not heated, as was advertised. The heating in the room did not work.

The location , close to the Museum five minutes away by car. Room was comfortable.. Breakfast was Included as a Genius Member. The restaurant made some pretty decent food for Lunch and at a reasonable price. Pool looked nice, but we never used it..If we return to Xalapa again this would be our first choice to look at booking a place to stay.

Nothing of note that upset us or we thought could be better, the only negative was the shower curtain had a hole so some water went onto the bathroom floor. Has a look of more of a business hotel so on our stay it was quiet as it was early new year.

The size of rooms, have openable windows, nice gardens.

They haven't washed the rooms' carpet in a couple of years... Smelly rooms, that no amount of ventilation or room spray can help.

Everything was great. The staff was amazing. It is a quiet place. You can walk around there safely.
