- Staff were very helpful, hospitable and friendly. They went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. Breakfast buffet was impressive.
- The location, staff was always helpful, definitely we loved the pool, it has 3 one is on maintenance but there are 2 more.
- This iconic hotel has everything you need and more, a reason to stay at this hotel to enjoy the concert due to the Carnaval and needless to say location, location, location. However what it was most impressive was how serious the personal takes customer
Cons -
- The shower door wouldn?t close all the way, and there were no hooks or towel bars outside the shower. The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when wet. The staff provided extra bath mats at our request.
- Water in the shower takes so long to get warm, mini fridge didn't cool off enough it looked old.
- Location to the downtown and Malecon area, free parking, the WIFI, the exercise gym and the 25 Meter pool for lap swimming.
