- Awful experience — no communication and dishonest excuse.They emailed me at 7 am saying they’d cancel my reservation if I didn’t arrive before 6 pm. I replied right away asking them not to cancel, but they never followed up — no call, no message. I arrived at 11:30 pm, only to find out they had canceled my booking hours earlier (11am) without telling me. Their excuse? That my credit card didn’t go through — which is false. I had chosen to pay at the hotel and used my regular card as a guarantee, which worked perfectly on Booking and at the other hotel I stayed in.Ton too of that, hey canceled my booking directly in their system instead of through Booking.com, so the reservation still appeared as active on the platform. That meant if I canceled it myself, I would be charged. I had to contact Booking support and didn’t get help until 4 am. Meanwhile, they had no rooms available, and other guests were also complaining at the front desk. I had to find another hotel myself — the Courtyard, which treated me incredibly well.Don’t stay here. Zero accountability and terrible service.
- Even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, staff still came in or knocked asking to clean the room. That was the only thing I didn’t like—if the sign is up, it should be respected.

The hotel is right in the city, which was super convenient. I stayed during a festival weekend and really enjoyed it. The staff was amazing—very respectful and helpful. Great location overall.
