Cons -

Price a bit steep compared to other hotels in area
There was no ATM, no food delivery, and charged $11 for a to go breakfast box.
That the pool was cold and the showers next to the pool don't have warm waterAlso that the TV didn't have smart option to watch Netflix or any movies app, it was only cable TV channels that were boring, I wanted to watch a movie with my family, and I couldn't

Nice view! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is good.

The restaurant. The quality of the food varies depending on the staff. Some dishes are very good, while others are not.

8FloresPosted on: 1-5-2021

the hotel is beautiful, food and restaurant service is great. view to the river very nice. well furnished. great, no hassle parking. attentive personnel.

check in was complicated. I was served by the manager and I had an unpleasant 30 minutes long checkin with family with small kids waiting in the hall. The manager kept giving me unclear and confusing numbers and charges until I requested an item by item review in printing. They tried to change my room reservation for a lower category room also. Then the room was not ready: no blankets, no towels, no trash can. Then the room had problems: the bathroom lock was not working and the sink was clogged.
