Pros +
- Personal amable y habitaciones limpias
- The buffet at the restaurant was good.
- We ordered room service and everything was super fast. They said 20-30 minutes and the breakfast actually came in a little over 8 minutes probably. The coffee was very good and a slice of pound cake they gave us was actually pretty pretty good. We ordered a second one. So so good!!!
Cons -
- No es pet friendly
- Even though we put the "not disturb " sign, somebody came in and took the hand towel and the mat for when you get out of the shower. Nobody should come in if the sign says so.
- The elevator was broken and no help with the luggage was offered.
