Cons -
- More expensive than a Holiday Inn in DUBAI. Absolutely crazy! Breakfast not included. Safety box not working. Never again.
- The air-conditioning did not work. I advised hotel and was moved to another room the second day of my stay. That room also had a problem with the air condition. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience.
- Receptionist was unhelpful and gave us the worst room in the hotel because I shared concerns about the amount of time it took to check in. Over 2 hours

Receptionist was unhelpful and gave us the worst room in the hotel because I shared concerns about the amount of time it took to check in. Over 2 hours
Its location
Room bathroom, the toilet was broken, could not flush it properly as its tank was not working.
Perfect location. Just 5 minutes from the crossing board. Food okay.
The air conditioner is noisy. We booked a king size got double beds.
This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stepped into.
Good location, Room Service
Very friendly staff and cleaning personnel
It is always clean and staff is very friendly
Too noisy, you can hear the noise from the aisle.
I liked that the location in the city was good spot.
The toilet kept leaking and I got tired of calling maintenance. I wished they would have moved us to new room.
Air condition was nice and cold and staff was very helpful.
Had to re program door cards.
The staff was excellent and very accomdating. You will NOT get service like this in the US side of the chain.
The rooms were darker than most hotels. The lighting in the bathroom for instance is rather insuficient.
The staff was extremely accommodating.
The pool was a bit dirty and the TV was rather old.
It is very close to the border.
It is a good hotel in a good location and helpful people.
Very poor
