I really love they don't have carpets! The rooms are very clean comfortable and the AC works great.

The staff was very nice and the hotel clean. The food was satisfactory but the coffee was excellent...wait staff was great.

The pool and hot tub were very cold and not useable.

Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and everything was exceptionally clean. Loved the tile floors.

Outside pool and hot tub were too cool to use in November but other than that everything was great.

Most was very nice but the pool was very cold and the hot tub was not hot. The breakfast was fine. Probably normal for Mexico but never had broccoli and cooked carrots for breakfast. . Maid was great. Appreciated the bottled water. Everyone very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Could not use the pool or hot tub. Had a hard time getting shower hot. Asked for 5 am wake up call and got one at 5:36..thank goodness I was already up. Only other suggestion would be to have the front desk more fluent in English but they probably don't have that many Americans come in.

The shower was very slippery and hot water took too much time to come out. No microwave in the room, we did need it, people smoking at the swimming pool, didn't like that either.

It was a quite room, the lady that cleaned our room was so nice to change our sheets on the next day of our stay when I asked her, with the best attitude, thank you Jenny, breakfast was really good.

I loved the friendly staff and the security at the hotel. I've yet to meet one member of staff who wouldn't go above and beyond to help.I personally love that the pool is inclosed and secure and it's still warm enough in October to enjoy.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel. There were minor small snags but all were delt with promptly

On the picture shows my room would have Jacuzzi. And I didn't have it.. And also there was no hot water at all..It was quiet no noise so that's good. Room was clean

Front desk send there cleaning people saying that the room was vacant and open the door while we where resting

The room, bed, bathroom was nice, the lobby is ok, the restaurant is not bad

The room smelled like cigar and it was a non-smoking room, very disgusting

Swimming pool and hot tub were freezing (in March) and filter not running.

Hotel is new, so everything work and looks great.

They charge for internet connection.

The beds are very comfortable and the food is good.
