The staff service is excellent.

Yes, during the first day of lodging internet was very slow from 4 pm through 9 pm. In the next day, was ok, but it was very slow to have a conversation or meeting in zoom. In addition, it seems there were dust in the floor carpet and some food residuals.

The elevator didn't work, only one side and they knew they had a group so they didn't make an effort to fix it before they came. Also the buffet there were not enough food, tables and chairs. The pool was dirty so many hairs inside like someone cut the hair inside. At the end the room was paid for 4 people but they just give us the amenities for 2 and had to ask for more stuff. They charge us for extra nothing is free so I do expect at least give me what is charge. Blow dryer does not work and by the time we need it was am sorry am busy.

The breakfast was good and great selection! The room was clean and I felt comfortable leaving my car there overnight because there was security.

This hotel is ways away from the airport. Since the listings indicated that there was an airport shuttle available I went along with the reservation. We arrived to the hotel, and it turns out we had to figure this out on our own.

Location was good for me. Breakfast was acceptable.

The hotel could have an electric generator. One night from 21:00 o'clock till 05:00 in the morning there was no electric. Nothing was working including the air condition devices.

The property was fine.Everything was clean and comfortable.The staff was very professional and friendly.

(hot) breakfast was cold. fruit Juices were too watered down, same with coffee. maybe a bad day but that’s what I got.

The breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. You are located right beside the mall so shopping and getting food was simple.

I liked the beds and the comfort. I slept very well. I liked that it was not crowed either. I liked that my car was in a safe place because the parking lot is gated. I liked that the hotel is in a very convenient location to one of their shopping strips and they had a grocery store inside.

I didn't like the hotel looked very run down. It needs a little more attention in the front entrance. It's just very dirty. The area where you eat, there is a small dent where I almost fell. I dropped my drink because I tripped over it. The floor is very run down. It just needs a little more upgrading and a little more upkeep in my opinion. and they need to fix that floor before someone else has a worse fall than I did.

It was very nice ,great breakfast , the gentlemen that was serving breakfast was so polite and you can tell he loves his job .. I have problems holding things in my hand the housekeeping on floor 9 seen and helped me carry my bag she was so friendly

Everything was great! Really loved the fenced in parking lot with the guard, and the breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay.
