Our room was not available until an hour past check-in.

during my stay I enjoyed the costumer service, food, and facilities, in general.

I have no complains with my staying in this hotel

Nice hotel very safe

The hotel had no water from 8pm to 10 am the next day. So no shower, or toilet. They said it was due to the storm. No compensation was given.

Cute, clean hotel. Nicely updated. Nice rooms.

Beds were very hard and not enough blankets.

Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The pool was awesome – perfect for hanging out during the day – and the bar and restaurant on-site made things so convenient. Good food, good drinks, and no need to leave the hotel to find something fun to do.Overall, it was a great vibe and I’d definitely stay here again.Bonus** There’s a casino across the street

It's a high-end facility... very nice ... like a resort Oasis in San Luis

The windows do not provide a sound barior so it's very noisy. Many use their key for to find their cars, all night long... it sounds like I'm sleeping on the street ...

My husband and daughter went to eat at the restaurant in the hotel food was cold

The wifi is very awful, it disconnects every second and I can’t work because of that, by the cost of the night I think maybe it need a better wifi.

Excellent Hotel. Location was Great. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to enjoy breakfast at restaurant because of busy schedule.I we were very surprised to hear that our room was upgraded and with that we were allowed to grab snacks l( fruit, sandwiches, cookies, cup of soups and drinks) at no additional cost.

Location

Noise the day I stay they had a wedding my room was located on the second floor by the pool. Music and noise was so loud all night then early in the morning staff was cleaning up the previous wedding event.

Clean had restaurant bar and coffee

Sink was clogged, not enough parking, had to park across the street.

Very clean and calm atmosphere

The bad was very comfortable. I love the interior, location and service especially snack room. It helped me a lot. Because I couldn't go outside to eat. All stuff including cleaning stuff were very nice and helpful. I'll come back to stay again.

I'd like to have little more variety of the snack.

The location is convenient. There are restaurants and market. I love the modern style of the room design. The bed was super comfortable.

The shower couldn't get hot water. It was terrible. I didn't like the shower head also. They can replace a new nice one.
