Pros +
- Location. Clean.
- It was a two apartment, with 3 double beds, perfect for a family of 4 to 6. Had all of the amenities the we needed. Was in the older part of Puerto PenSco where we wanted to be. Near a SAMs, the old pier, night life, day cruises, and downtown area.

Cons -
- Completely outdated. Air very slow to work. Not cool during the day. Room unclean and bad odor.
- No wifi. Lied on the ad. Hot water heater not working
- Strange vibe. Rooms are over boat storage garages. Overpriced for what you get. Office is a block away.

Lots of steps inside and out to the patio area, only because of recent knee surgery. Not everyone would have this problem.
Price and location
Air conditioner was not working which made it unbearable. Owner acted like he had no idea but he was fully aware that it was not working.
It was clean and wellkept
Internet connection is present but really did not work which was a huge problem as this was a working vacation, very frustrating. Didnt realize when i booked that they do not take credit cards, cash only.
