Hotel Paraiso

We were less than 5 minutes from the beach and el malecon. we took taxis to the nightclubs for$2 each way. the restaurant was amazing and served the best micheladas! the neighborhood isnt the best, but the rooms were large, and price was GREAT!

The maid.

Most everything. Only 2 towels,very very hard or rumbled pillows making hard to sleep. The pools had scum like stuff on top along with no working or icky lounge chairs.

Closeness to the beach and the night life (literally less than 5 minutes away). The pools were clean. The restaurant had the best Micheladas and the front office called a taxi for us at night. The room was a great size. Will stay here again!

It is a little dated, and the area surrounding is not so nice, but for the price, I'd rather stay here than a fancy resort with a ton of hidden fees! Staff was awesome, and room and pool were clean, so it made up for everything else.

I got in contact to get another bed instead of one and when i got their they said know they said they did not get the email that they called to order that one extra bed.o the charge me extra but i did email them for an extra day they did receive that one.

Staff were very friendly. The place itself was great and affordable. The pool was big. We had so much fun, we enjoyed our stay. There was 5 of us. 3 adults and 2 children 12 and 10

I wish there was a refridgerator in the room.

Absolute worst hotel experience of my life!! Rock hard beds. Grumpy receptionist. Refused to give us more than 2 total towels. Shower water literally smelled like sewer water. A/C took forever to start cooling. WiFi didn't work. Wow.....

I like the best about this hotel is the Breakfast buffet and the location.

Great staff and an amazing restaurant.

The two men upstairs above my room sounded like they were rearranging furniture until 1AM and then continued to be loud by talking, slamming their door multiple times, going up and down the stairs, clicking their key Fob on their car, and even hitting the panic button a couple times, all from 11PM to 6 AM. I literally slept 1.5 hours in this room due to the ignorance of the other hotel guests. I was jarred awake every 5-10 mimutes. Clearly, these morons were partying/drugging. No shade being thrown at the hotel or staff, but I'd prefer not to stay at a hotel where inconsiderate people stay.

The outlets didn’t work. There was a Tv, but there was no control for it. Some of the bedding has stains as well

Rooms are big family friendly
