- The breakfast, hotel, everything..favorite place to stay when we are in Hermosillo.
- The property was fully functional with room service, restaurant, and bar with great employees. The location was great for access to Cima hospital as well as many stores and restaurants.

Cons -
- When you order hashbrowns and well-done bacon for breakfast you get french fries and limp bacon. Also, the ketchup bottle had a dozen tiny ants on it. On our second room service order, they had caught on to the ketchup problem.
