Hotel Pelicano

Stayed just for one night, great location to catch an early ferry to Holbox.Guy at the reception was very helpful with everything.Parking lot available.

There is not much to do in Chiquila.Rooms could be bigger.

The location of the hotel is really good, good wifi, good service, just to rest and leave or do what you need, is near to the bus station and to the ferry dock, also have a resaurant

The hotel is very well located if you want to get to holbox, super close to the ferry.

The toilet didn't flush properly and the hotel does not give you any drinking water.

Clean, good location, helpful staff. Good choice if you are heading for Holbox and arrive too late for the last ferry.

The location was nice close to the pier. The price of the room. Good communication through the app and free parking. (Even though they told us that the place we parked the car was ok but actually was private property - their parking was a bit further). Breakfast was nice

The bed was a bit hard and the bathroom door didn't open completely because of the bed blocking the path. The pool is really small.

Very close to the docks and the ADO but far enough away to not hear the noise of the buses. Clean comfortable rooms and an easy check in process. On Google maps the location is correct but it is wrong on Maps Me

clean room, well located (close to the ferry to Holbox and right next door of the bus station) but not indicated right on the booking map. it has wifi and a little restaurant .

no Windows, and the beds had very soft mattresses

very cute hotel right at the ado station and really close to the port. Clean and nice Mexican style

Facility recently updated. Rooms and facilities new with some workout equipment on the upper floor. Hotel is right next to the ADO bus staion.

Wifi weak when staying in the rooms on the very back of the complex.

Large room and bed. Nice courtyard where the restaurant is located. Very close to the ferry which was nice. A few shops and places for dinner around, had no issues with this but didn’t stay out late (past 9-10pm). Room was clean.

Location provided sent us down the backroads and into the neighbourhood nearby. Walked 20 minutes the wrong way as the map provided showed the totally wrong location! This was so irritating seeing as the hotel is right by the ferry port and we could have been there so quickly. We phoned to ask reception desk for help but they were not very helpful. Checked in with a lady who was not very pleasant. But the staff the next day in the morning were a lot nicer and smilier.

We slept here only for one night before going to the Holbox because it was a walking distance from the ferry.The staff was okay.

The bathroom and the towels were not in the best condition. There was no hot water and the room was not very clean. There were no TV even though it was mentioned in the offer - there weren't even any mirrors in the room / bathroom, let alone the TV. The Wifi didn't work. Wouldn’t really recommend this hotel - even when you’re probably, just like us, wanted to stay here for 1 night to go to Holbox.

A good spot to spend a night before getting to Holbox, and you can park car free of charge while being a guest. A pretty calm place for a night sleep though.

There were no TV eventhough it was mentioned in the offer. They also don't clean the number during your stay if you stay 2 nights. Towels were not in the best condition.

The girl at the reception was quite rude to me, I had never experienced this in any hotel I booked a room with a TV, there was no TV The fan was barely holding onThe shower floor didn’t look clean The toilet seat was broken

very dirty room. the sheets had stains, de walls were dirty and the towels had stains as well.the lady at the front desk wasn’t welcoming at all. didn’t speak English but had a translator on her phone. worst thing was the noise at night. a lot of barking dogs, cars and loud people. it was literally as if we were sleeping on te street with all the sound.wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. even when you’re (like us) just want to stay here for 1 night to go to Isla holbox.
