Internet doesn¿t work.. listing said free parking but no clear instructions on how to get to parking , so ended up parking on the street

Ice decor. Good location. The roo is good. Bath good. A good hotel for low budget. They don¿t have private perking even published. But you can park in front.

No private parking. You need to get all your tings to the room and park on the street.

The roads were blocked we had no access & no warning from the staff. VERY disappointing- we had rush to rent a room elsewhere

Decor, quietness, size of room was great, a window opened for fresh air, help was always around, pool area was beautiful at night, loved the real birds in cages.

Caulking in bathroom shower was bad, window locks were loose, curtains need update.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working.

My room had ants in the bathroom the entire time. Someones hair clogged up the sink b4 we got there and stayed. Water leak was above light over sink. Wifi was limited to lobby couldnt get in room. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

The staff were great. Breakfast included was great.

Bad smell from shower drain and room. Air freshener would help. Karaoke downstairs was very loud till 2:30 am.

The location is near ADO bus station.

They provide the breakfast, but you should be really careful! They put everything in the same boxes, but never tell you which are free. Once you take the wrong item, they will come to charge you. It's not a matter of money but the honesty.

First night we got there, the hotel staff said there is no more room and sent us to some other hotel, which really pissed me and my friend off.

Everything! The front desk was awesome! This a beautiful updated classic Mexican hotel. No, the rooms aren't resort level but they are classically simple. The bed was great and my back was happy! Saving this one for future stays!

The location is nice since you are very near the palapas square where you can find several places to eat, and not expensive. The staff helped us with different questions that we had. The air conditioning and the shower works very well, and the fridge was very useful during our stay.

Unfortunately there was some water filtration in the room during a strong rain which shouldn't happen. And another thing is the loud music you hear from the street, which goes during the night from the other places around. Also during our stay the pool was not available so the hotel proposed to use the pool from a different hotel nearby which we didn't use.
