Nice location and secure .

Great location near the bus terminal. Oskar, one of the staff goes above and beyond despite working overnight. The guacamole class with Carlos shouldn’t be missed.

The room is a bit tight. Toilet does not have hooks. Hard bed.

Location is wonderful and facilities offer many loungey areas.

Food was very disappointing, and no blankets or locker locks were provided. (Locks available at an additional cost)

Location and Wifi

The staff and noise from the roof. The private rooms are directly under the roof. The private rooms are not quieter than the bunk rooms due to location.

Comfortable and clean place to stay with friendly staff. Lots of activities planned each day that you can join and meet people, especially if you're traveling solo.

Only negative, was the room had no windows, but it didn't affect me as much because I was outside most of the day.

Music so loud, had to go somewhere else for a beer. This is between 3&6 in the afternoon. Restaurant included.

I thought the activities were good. I loved the taco tour!! The beach day was also nice. Many thanks to both Carlos's.

The location changes for the activities were a bit annoying at times.

It was clean and close to the center of town

They had loud techno playing until 3am.. There are no quiet hours.. If you plan to sleep here good luck.

Close to bus station, close to grocery & open air market, close to eating establishments.

The rooms CLEAN!! BIG LOCKERS!! Staff friendly and in both Restaurants really good food!!

Has everything you need and more. Staff were excellent and super friendly and informative.Carlos has a wonderful wealth of know and is willing to share that, they have free yoga and beach visits and fun activities throughout the weekTheir dedicated workspace was lovely to work fromKitchen was clean and they have a huge fridge.It's easy to meet people in the shared kitchen food space. They have a cosy living room style space and a roof top bar with great food and drinks. They also let me hang out until I was ready to move on to the next place which I found really good of them. They provide free water. You get a lot for your money here.

Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

No elevator. The restaurant on the roof charges fees for service and still ask for tips. Food was not good. I had fruits with mold in my bowl. They had no good coffee and the prices are expensive. I would recommend to go somewhere else to eat.

It was easy to find… There was a huge lit-up bar right beside it, very noisy, but once inside dead silence. I liked the fact that there were three separate areas… One for the toilet, one for the sink, and one for the shower, so that the use of one facility didn't tie up the other two. The curtains on the bed were thick and kept out all noise and light. There was a little hole to put your belongings and a two outlets and a very nice nightlight we were given a large size beach towel to use for free. Check-in was quick and easy. They are one of the few hostels that respected my wish in advance for a lower bunk because of my age.

It would be nice to have an elevator, but this is mainly for young people anyway so that's fine. I never made it to the top to see the pool because I arrived late and left early. I had a room on the ground floor.

Very clean and well decorated. Staff has been great. Food and drinks were tasty and the pool is refreshing.

Only stayed one night but the place was in a great location and we loved the property.

Our room was quite hot! Even with the AC, but could also be due to the extreme temps in June.

One of the most beautiful hostels I’ve been to , the rooms were fantastic, lots of storage space , pool on roof and a nice but small kitchen.

On the morning of April 5 I woke up and went downstairs around 4:30 AM. I made myself coffee had a seat and then relaxed , I thought it was very strange that I couldn’t find the front desk agent as well as the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. After 30 minutes went by. I thought it was very strange so I started to search for the front desk agent.. I found the front desk agent in the back room of the front desk hog tide with duct tape all over his body , once I removed the tape from his mouth, he told me that he had been robbed by three men with guns and they stole the ATM. After freeing him, I wasn’t able to call Uber because the Wi-Fi was disabled by the attackers. I had to go upstairs to the roof to have access to Wi-Fi so I can escape. It’s been almost 2 months since this horrific morning. No Manager has contact me to see if I was OK. I was not contacted by the police to be a witness. Nothing everything was swept under the rug like it never happens for this reason, I’m giving that Hostel a one star. The other Hostel guests should’ve been notified of this robbery the next morning to see if anyone came home and heard anything or saw anything , as well as I should’ve been contacted this time of behavior doesn’t sit well with me.

The staff were generally nice. The guys at the restaurant were more interested in playing pool than taking an order / cooking the food though.

The noise!! It’s so unbelievably loud. I was in a double room on my own and I could not sleep. I could hear all the staff messing around until late on the terrace. Drunk people wondering the halls making a lot of noise too.

I think it’s a very good deal, I had a private room with a private bathroom so I think for what I paid I got a good deal and had the privacy I wanted. Was air conditioned and they were kind enough to let me check in early. Rooftop pool is rather small but does the job and the bar is quite busy in the evening so if you’re after socialising that can be a spot.

This is a hostel, so as hostels go, it was loud and the noise levels are considerable. Also it’s in the city centre - mind Cancun’s beach is not readily available from there on foot.

I liked:-That it’s not a party hostel! Possible to sleep in rooms without the bass shaking your matrass, really nice. It’s not a very social hostel which is fine for me- it’s very clean-hot shower -coworking space available -good wi-fi-nice clean kitchen

I disliked:-not a lot of eating options in the vicinity-no warm(ish) blankets (if some people in the room want to freeze themselves with aircon, the ones who are always cold, need to suffer)
