Superb staff.

They said that they offered an airport shuttle. When I called them, they told me it was not available. Don't advertise it then!

The staff was very friendly. The cleaning ladies we're doing their best to mop the floors and keep the building clean.

Half the lights in the room didn't work so it was very dark, especially in the bathroom where there was only one bulb. Elevator did not work.Every morning the water stopped working so I could not shower or even flush the toilet, and I had to go downstairs to advise them and they have to go to the boiler room and do something to fix it. There was a stench in the bathroom that didn't go away. It came close to the toilet as if it was sewer water. They took a run-down building that was falling apart and turned it into a hotel where everything was not working. If you're on a tight budget maybe this would work but definitely not somewhere to take a special loved one. It's just a place to stay.

The staff were very helpful. The location is good, many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The room felt and smelled clean.

Nowhere to hang wet towels, not for the shower or hand towels used by the sink. Also, it would be nice to be able to hang wet bathing suits and beach towels to dry.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were nice. The hotel is not dirty, and they give two free bottles of water every day.Breakfast is limited to a few options and terrible coffee and disgusting juice but not bad, The wifi is working too. The gym is alright.

It’s not a nice hotel, by any means. The price irl was different +1500 Mexican pesos, they added tax, and said that the exchange rate is different from the one that is on booking.No room has noise isolation. Only rooms 108,109 and 208, 209 have windows that do not face the extremely noisy road. Every other room is extremely noisy

I left because the hotel is in shambles and the management ignores all the complaints and requests.

The hotel is falling apart, the elevator didn't work, there is no hot water, the lights in the room are broken, the curtains do not close and I had to use a hairpin to hold them close, there are holes in the walls, the pool is broken, there is water falling down from the ceilings into the stairs, the gym machines are broken. When asking assistance from the employees, I was told to suck it up, that nothing could be done. I had to look for another hotel and left. I complained to the management in writing, I haven't heard from them, they haven't even sent the bill I solicited,

They had nothing working, the room keys were not available at checkin, elevator was broken, bathroom is smelly, shower is cold, and only 2 out of 6 lights work in the bathroom. I am considering never using booking.com again to pick hotels, all the hotels we booked for this trip were suboptimal compared to how they were presented and the rating they had in the app. It’s hard to trust the platform again after an experience like this hotel after hotel

I love staying here because we live 5 hours south and need to come to shop at the Costco and stay close to do evening shoppping and then morning shopping. The Sushigo and Taco Pastore places around the corner, Make it all even better!

the toilet seat is not fitting correctly and the balcony door will not lock. There are 4 or so tiles that are loose in the room (BIG tiles).

It was very clean and the air conditioner was very strong. It’s nice to have the breakfast included.

It was breakfast included but dont expect too much. If you wanna be close to seaside and beach its not correct location for you.

The staff was really nice and the bed was comfy

Bathroom had a funky smell, I didn’t really like the breakfast, the roof pool was dirty looking and we didn’t get any towels or rags even after I asked for them we had one towel to use between me and my baby son which was unethical. It’s also far walking distance from the beaches (1+ hour)

The location

Very dirty, very old, needs maintenance, there was no toilet paper i had to ask at the reception, there where only to towels very old and ripped the pool its more like tub in the bathroom u cant call it pool and also dirty. There was not even signage to use for not disturbe or cleaning needed .

The hotel is just a 20 minutes drive from the airport and was perfect for us since we arrive late evening. Good for 1 night stay. Some restaurants nearby and a good grocery store just in front.

Close to a main road and disturbed by the car passing. The rooms/windows are not well isolated.

It's located in a very central convenient place, close to everything by car. It has parking. And it's very clean. It has a small gym

There is a noise in the hotel. All day and night, the room is too bright the shade of the windows don't close. There is a coffee machine in the room, but not coffee. No face towel. At arriving, they request a deposit for the room.

Personal was very nice to us and very helpful - Miguel £ Ruby are so sweet! location is amazing, shops and restaurants are walking distance, even mercado 28. Bed was very comfortable too, we had a great night sleep.

Pool on the roof needs some attention and cleaning. Curtains in the roof had holes in them which were painted over, not sure why?

The room was good, though, I first book a room with a Queen room (because we were 2 people staying) and it turned out that the bed was not Queen size but single. Apparently the size of the beds are smaller, so 2 people do not fit. Fortunately the staff was super generous and kind and could change us to a room with 2 beds. The person in the front desk that was in charge was extremely aware and could do the change of room. Excellent service. The breakfast is perfect, and the pool in the rooftop is nice.

The size of the queen room just fits one person.

We didn’t enjoy our stay, the room was dusty and the water wasn’t running well. It wasn’t pleasant at all

The curtains were dusty and now I am very sick cos I have an allergy and can’t resume work

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

We booked 2 nights, the first one we got a room facing the street which was rough to say the least. It had large glass facades which didn’t help with the noise coming from the street. Also the room got heated up pretty badly. For the second night we got a free room change and that did make all the difference not facing the main road.
