    Based on 305 reviews

    Pros +

    • The staff was warm and courteous. The food at the buffet was varied and plentiful and the menu at the French restaurant (reservations needed) was excellent. The Coffee and Me shop in the hotel lobby provided free ice cream and espresso coffee to guests.
    • Nothing to like.
    • Water beach and pool area were nice.

    Cons -

    • We were initially assigned a hotel room which was literally "out of order": a cleaning trolley was left in the room, bathroom's ceiling was leaking & room had a moldy smell overall. However, soon given a new larger room with a sea view at no added cost.
    • This resort was falsely advertised, it was not an adult resort, kids were everywhere. The air conditioning was out so it was very hot there. No room service, only had one elevator working, so the wait was long. Definitely was not worth the money we paid.
    • Not enough space. Do not book! Rooms pictured are from a different resort. Room was not the upgraded Oceanview room. One nighttime bar that closes at 12:30. No premium liquor. 2 entertainment programs for the week. Staff is good @ saying I'm sorry. :(

The photos didn’t represent what we experience in hotel . So old and dirty . Impossible to get sun beds and the queues for restaurants were crazy .

Dirty & Old and need refurbishment .

The hotel facilities are good and the beach is well maintained. White Box and Careyes stood out, with excellent food and service. When things worked, the experience had potential.

The stay was compromised from the start by reservation issues affecting two of the three families, including missing room features and hours to resolve a missing booking. Room cleaning was inconsistent, water supply failed repeatedly in the mornings, and elevator reliability was poor. Restaurant reservations through the app were frustrating, manual, and required constant follow-up, which is unacceptable during a vacation.

not enough chairs on the beach, not always have towels and i have to wake up at 5:30 am in order to get beach chairs.

    1SabrinaPosted on: 1-7-2026

That is connected to the beach

No clear comunication, not wnough restaurants that you can access without reservations

Do not book anything through the Oasis Experiences

Booked transport through the hospitality desk “oasis experiences” to the airport. Driver showed up and waited 10 minutes and then left, leaving us stranded, no communication to us at all. We ran around the hotel for 25 minutes trying to find representatives, had 3 separate employees try to call the oasis experiences phone number on the booking, and were unable to talk to anyone. We’re forced to find a taxi last minute, narrowly missing our flight. Follow up emails went unanswered and still have not received a refund. Very bad experience.

Most of the staff members are kind and they try to do the best with what they have.

Too many people for the size of the facility. It is impossible to just relax, people on top of people. That makes it extremely difficult to access the food dispensing restaurants. Long waits everywhere. The Sens side of the hotel is a bit better but still not great. With that many people it is hard to keep the hotel in great shape when it comes to cleanliness too. The rooms look a little tired. Some rust on metal spigots. On the 3rd Day, my entire family got FOOD POSINING, including my 4 year old son. It was so bad that we had to leave the hotel a day early. We ended up ordering food from a chain restaurant on Uber eats the least evening we were there, since we couldn't trust the food there anymore. We still haven't fully recovered and it has been two days since we came back. We regret coming to this facility and we do not recommend it to anyone.

    Bait and switch on Christmas

Advertised 24 hour room service right in their website. NO ROOM SERVICE! Must be the only all inclusive in Cancun without room service. They were happy to refund me - unfortunately that's not very helpful on Christmas Day during the busiest weeks.

The friendly staff and good food

Not enough chairs for the beach

    10LuannPosted on: 11-20-2025

Clean and good stuff, very good food and the beach was amazing clean water nice for family vacation.

    I love everything.

    7HarlanPosted on: 10-1-2025

Everything was walking distance. Clean, family oriented, would recommend for a family trip with kids

They are remodeling so if you stay is during this time of the year Fall 2025 don't plan to sleep after 9am, There was a power outage for over 6 hours, most restaurants require reservation

    10SaidmuzaffarkhonPosted on: 8-15-2025

For this price I played it is 6 stars hotel. 200$ a day with taxes all inclusive. It’s almost a free stay.

    10PatriciaPosted on: 8-15-2025

Very clean place . They replaced the mini bar daily

The buffet food. The hotel needs more restaurants too much people and not enough restaurants. Always a long wait in line. The sushi 2 hour minimum wait. Only one chef.the only thing is fast to get is hotdogs and hamburgers. To get drink is a long wait too. Please stop been cheap and hire more staff.

    Location and modern decor

Buffet food was bad, specialty restaurants were bad. Only good place to eat was the sushi bar. No chairs around the pool. Drinks were poorly made
