El tama�o de la pieza era grande, la cama c�moda, y la almohada depend�a de cu�l usaras, ya que hab�an unas muy buenas y otras muy malas. El aire acondicionado funcion� perfecto

La limpieza muy mal, hab�as restos de comida al lado del lavamanos, restos de pasta de dientes, alrededor de la ducha claramente nunca hab�an limpiado ya que us� un papel con un poco de agua y sali� sarro, las paredes del ba�o y zona del lavamanos sucias

I didn¿t like anything about it except having parking

1. Bad reception communication 2. No English speaking and no effort to try speaking it 3. People talking loud at 1pm, laughing hard and running 4. Internet keeps interrupting

I loved the color scheme and the way the building was set up.

The hot water barely worked. If you couldn’t take a shower under three minutes you were taking a cold shower. The night staff were so loud in the middle of the night I was woken up several times. They didn’t include a blanket when the room was cleaned

The staff was accommodating. The rooftop pool was amazing and the location of the hotel was central to everything in downtown Cancun.

The walls of the room had many scratches and marks on them. There were no wash rags in my room upon arrival. There was only a sheet on my bed rather than a comforter. The walls are paper-thin.

The noise of pubs close to the area

Location and the staff were excellent! I appreciate their efforts in making our stay enjoyable¿

Location is good, close to restaurants, supermarkets and transportation.

Convenient to bus, community, pool, size of room.

No refrigerator in room and despite request to move, it didn't happen. Air wasn't on despite advance confirmation of stay. The hot/cold shower was a puzzle. It was struggle get temperature right.

service and rooms were ok

I didn't like that across from the hotel there were 2 dogs barking constantly. Looks like a bad neighborhood too because there were lots of homeless.

Vibrating noise on a/c condenser all night long, loud voices in the early morning, dog barking all night long.

Too basic. Location isn’t great. Can’t go buy anything after dark. Kind of shady.

Room assigned was right across from and faced a very very noisy nightclub. Disruptive noise all the way through 4am in the morning.

All form and zero substance is my takeaway from this Kavia hotel experience. Once in the room, we could tell that this was a very, very old building that was sloppily renovated. The bathroom shower was a clear indicator of sloppy renovation workmanship.

The stay was great. Staff was great, especially Katya. On our first night there was rain and food delivery wasn’t working. Katya offered to go for some chinese food for us. It meant a lot to me and my daughter. Room was clean, location great. We had a nice time in Cancun.

The room number 15 given to us had bad smell with humidity.Very bas hôtel not recommended

There was a barking dog barking all hours day and night. And I reserve this place from your website I did not say I could not have an alcoholic beverage in my room. They threaten me to find me 2000 pesos to have alcohol beverages in my room. It did not say that on your website.

Very little

Centric location, cheap early check in.

Too much noise from reception or from outside the room (hall). There is a non-stop loud Jazz song played in an eternal loop that can be heard from the inside the room. In the pictures it showed a microwave in the room, but there is not even a kettle.

Everyone was very friendly. Especially the front desk staff and cleaning ladies.The room had all the amenities you could need from hot water to a mini fridge. The pool is very cool and the rooms were very cozy. and you can't beat the location.

The floor in the room could have been a little cleaner. There is a dog whom is very loud but honestly I'm used to loud dogs so it didn't bother me.

Lovely pool and It’s perfect location to groceries, restaurants, kids park area, nightlife and the bus station! Bring a sound machine if you’re street side, it can be loud but that’s not the hotels fault.

Worst pillows I’ve ever used in my life. They were literal rocks? Beds only used a single top sheet so it was quite cold - only option would be to turn AC off but it gets way too hot to quick. If you have young kids, do not get a balcony room. It’s extremely unsafe and the barrier is very low. My two year old could lift up. After seeing that, none of my 3 kids were allowed out there. Windows also have no safety locks or protective screens. Just an open accessible window that could be opened by anyone, anytime which is extremely dangerous.
