The Tower by Temptation Cancun Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

I was very pleased with our recent reservation through Booking.com for Temptation Resort in Cancun. The process was seamless, and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated check-in/check-out desk for Booking.com and Expedia guests. Odalys at the front desk was especially welcoming and made us feel genuinely appreciated. We even received a complimentary upgrade to their second-best room category, along with chocolates, a bottle of champagne, and a thoughtful banner across the bed thanking us for being Booking.com guests. It was clear that Temptation’s management values their partnership with Booking.com and goes the extra mile to show it.I’d also like to highlight the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. Arturo, our concierge, provided excellent support; Frank, our membership consultant, was professional and respectful; Jones, our server at Sutra, was wonderful; and Marco took great care of us two nights in a row at the Score sports bar.A few helpful tips for future guests:•Two restaurants, SHE and Sutra hibachi, require reservations. These can only be made in the lobby during a two-hour window each day and are valid for that same day. All other restaurants are walk-in.•Men will need closed-toe shoes for the upscale restaurants.•After check-in, you will be approached about the resort’s membership program. The staff is polite and will respect a “no,” but if you do attend a presentation, plan for about three hours total (despite being told it’s just one hour). This includes the tour, breakfast, and final business meeting. While the team was disappointed when we declined, they accepted our decision graciously. We declined because we were not sure if we wanted to go to this ‘type’ of adult resort on a regular basis.Another positive: check-out was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees. The only additional charges were for a VIP table we had requested in advance, which we were fully aware of.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The entertainment staff kept the atmosphere lively and fun, and while the scene is definitely on the spicier side, it never felt over the top. With guests of all ages and body types, the environment felt welcoming and comfortable.Thank you to Booking.com and the entire Temptation team for making our stay so enjoyable.

The staff is unfriendly I needed help with a discrepancy and they leveraged my $400 deposit for a booking review. Rooms are outdated. Lack of attention to detail. Not much to do after the pool.

Plenty of stuff to do , I went by myself but with the amount of activities I had forgotten. The food was amazing my server at the restaurant Flame , Jones, took care of everything I practically licked the plates clean. I also got room service a couple nights for dinner and was blown away how much better it was then at the hotel I stayed at for the first few days of my trip ( altitude Krystal). They even worked with me at check in I needed to give them my credit card to place a hold I had let them know how I was robbed by the local police my first night in Cancun and had to cancel all my cards thankfully they let me go without it when the hotel altitude Crystal wanted to fight me over $40 because I had to stay in extra hour after check out and did nothing to help me about the robbery.p

I guess if I had to complain about anything would be the room size although super modern with all the amenities. So I guess if you even call that a complaint that would be it the difference in the two hotels was day and night

The weather was great. The other guest were more helpful than the staff

My room was dangerous the walls, mirrors and floor was constantly wet and foggy I slipped several times just walking in the room from the floor being wet all the time no rug was in our room

The service was very attentive. The environment is fun.

Flame restaurant was kind of blan

I really liked the pool and parties at the hotel, And I really liked Danae from the hotel staff who always smiled and talked and helped.

The buffet breakfast was okay, not large and not many items.

The beds are the worst, yikes but that may be personal to the person. There are better beaches, the location for the beach and ocean is better near the hardrock, secrets
