Room 106 opens up to the pool. It's a much bigger and nicer room than the disgusting tower rooms. Staff didn't care and only told me "no refunds". We left during our stay and went to a nicer hotel. The lower level rooms appear to be the nice ones.

Blood on sheets, the water didn't come out of the faucet. the entire place was empty and the front desk guy tried to tell us none of the rooms are available. outdated rooms, the mattress was as hard as a rock. toilet paper roll half used. Gross towels

WiFi was good enough to watch videos.

The guaranteed amenities included Swimming pool, Spa and Restaurant. The swimming pool and hot tub were closed for repairs, there was no spa on-site and if we can call that a restaurant was also closed. Also, note that alcohol is forbidden on-site.

The hotel was super clean.

There was no hot water for our entire stay and was not informed of the issue until we took a cold shower and went to ask. Also a shuttle to the beach was advertised and was not provided

Staff helpful and courteous. Location at end of bus route R 1. Easy to take bus to ADO bus station, central Cancun and it goes to the hotel zone for the beaches. 250 pesos from airport to hotel.

The wi-fi faded in and out. Suggest that they need better Wi-Fi coverage. Though in the lobby it wa OK most of the time... Faded there too at times.

I left my phone in the room when checking out. 4 days later I was back in cancun an popped back to see if they had it. They did! So I was impressed with their honesty a they could have easily said they did not find it! 5 star for that!

The room was beautiful and clean, quiet. The location was fine for my needs as it was my last night in Cancun however it was not a nice area to walk around. The saving grace was the amazing pizza joint across the street. The staff were amazing during the rain storm they warned me that it would be very wet to go to my room as there were hurricane like winds and the centre of the building is open. I stayed in the lobby until it passed.

The rain made the pool area flooded and it was slippery so I didn't feel comfortable climbing the three sets of wet stairs after the storm. I left my baggage in the entry overnight and piced it up in the morning.

Fit my needs. Nice stuff, clean and good local restaurants nearby. Nothing fancy, but nice.

The hotel was comfortable, well located and convenient with the breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The biggest issue was having music on at the pool 24/7, so I couldn't sleep well. When I called to mention this at the late hours, they said it was programmed so unable to turn it off. This was a let down and really my only complaint.

Facilities are ok, clean.

We arrive during the morning and wasn't possible to let our bags in the storage, and also we couldn't use the other facilities like the pool in the same time we receive the room, due to that we had to walk around the city with all our bags waiting until 3pm to receive the room.

Location and cleanliness of bathroom. The CO-WORK space with fee included with the room; and coffee and water available. Very good wifi connexion everywhere. The fence was removed near the beach: VERY NICE INDEED.

Loud techno music all day long. It would have been nice to hear the waves and read a book quietly at some point . Having to pay in order to enjoy a beach chair. Pool needs a paint job.

our room was very suffocated no air passes in the room & in the washroom.Even after shower water is all around the floor as there were no holes for drain the water. **All the receptionist must need to learn how to speak in English language..it’s really difficult to communicate with the receptionist as they don’t understand english

Great little budget hotel Very basic room but the A/C worked and the shower was hot. Cleaning staff kept room very clean. Pool area also in good condition. Within walking distance of local restaurants, grocery store and a mall with McDonalds. Dominos Pizza and Chinese food.

Non of the rooms had working safes or means for making a tea or coffee.

Did not have any breakfast & was unaware it was available. Wasn’t told by staff and there were no signs that indicated there was even a restaurant.

Room was extremely musty and unpleasant to breathe in. AC on with window open for a 15 minute airing improved the air quality but still not nice. For the great price, though, it was a good stay & I accomplished my goal of a great night’s sleep.

The accommodation was fine for one night and conveniently located near the Ultramar Ferry Port.

However, the rooms were quite outdated. There were many mosquitoes, and the door to the "balcony" could not be closed. The window faced the hallway, offering little privacy. Additionally, it was very noisy.

Nice communal areas. Good size room. AC worked well. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Wifi worked well. Not too noisy.

Overall rude attitude from the staff (apart from the cleaning lady who was lovely). The two ladies behind the desk had to finish their conversation before they even acknowledged our presence. They also refused to give us some cutlery from their kitchen (10m away from them) in order for us to eat our takeaway. As nice as the cleaning lady was, our bed sheets weren’t cleaned or changed - the exact same marks were visible after the clean. The bedroom curtains let in lots of light. The room’s interior decor wasn’t well kept. The TV remotes were handed to us at reception and were specifically designated for our room… but they didn’t work for our TV.

No food or alcohol allowed in room, no hairdryer and no coffee making facilities. Only six sun beds, no fridge Canteen not able to deliver some items on menu. No milk for tea or coffee. Poor English speaking staff.

To far from the beach the area not very safe what you see not what you get for the price you pay for tv wasn’t working a lot of noise at night guest not respecting other at night on arrival I get ripped of what I paid on booking wasn’t the price I paid on arrival been charged extra which I try to discuss with the manager but didn’t care just took advantage at me and I had to walk away he became very agressif and I won’t recommend honestly to anybody hot water wasn’t working very bad experience
