New hotel

You can hear the noise/music from the marina restaurants late at night until 1am or so.

The price is almost too low for the property,.. it's probably the best deal in all of Cancun.

The loud noise from the bar across the way would probably annoy most people. It didn't bother me because I'm in Cancun and expect it.

Small room, refrigerator didn¿t work and no microwave

This hotel is a hidden gem, the food/hotel room/ mall / staff were amazing

I locked my key in my room and one of the staff members gave me a hard time about opening the room. I had to retrieve my key and physically show him my key worked before he left. As a paying customer, I was offended and appalled by his treatment.

I loved the hotel staff at front desk and housekeeping. Very friendly and helpful. Loved hotel restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and waiters awesome!

The sales team took my photo from my page and made it their Facebook cover photo without my permission. Went through a whole process about it which took too much of my vacation time. Just a horrible experience and issue! Very disappointed

Staff unorganized, not very friendly, putting everybody on the 4th floor and leaving the other floors empty

Staff, gym, breakfast, parking was free.

Very pricey. Breakfast was included, but we still had to pay for breakfasts for two of our kids. It is far away from the beach.

We really enjoy absolutely fabulous breakfast with very attentive staff. We also loved the location, as mentioned by many fellow travelers, there are great restaurants in close vicinity of this hotel. Room was spacious and we had nice view over marina. Parking lot is next to the hotel with 24-hours security. Actually, whole area has additional security and is very quiet and well maintained. Quite a contrast to actual Hotel Zone or Cancun downtown.

It's a minor stuff, but considering this is 5 stars facility, it should be addressed by the management. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is bad odor coming from walk-in shower. It's not strong, but one will smell it for sure. While there is construction ongoing opposite the hotel, related noise is not super annoying.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good housekeeping. Good location for visitors who want to explore Cancun and surrounding areas. Good restaurants in adjacent mall.

The room smells slightly of mold and the windows don’t insulate sound enough. We didn’t sleep well there.

We did not have breakfast With the price of the hotel they should have a complimentary breakfast for their quests We were on the 4th floor and the ice machine was broken the whole time we were there. Location was fine we took Uber wherever we wanted to go
