The pool was beautiful, very relaxing,and location is beachfront There was also security Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Furniture in room very outdated

Awesome view of the pool and beach. Hotel was beachfront which made it great to take a morning walk by the beach. There was an issue with the seaweed covering a part of the beach and not always would the tractor come-by to shovel the seaweed. my room was clean and prefect size, plenty of room for 2.

Only thing i found a little off is there was no couch and TV didn't work. and the rooms offered no coffee, and the restaurant didn't open till 9 AM.

However, the location is good, there aren’t many people, and there are enough loungers for everyone.

! After reading reviews about the photos on Booking not reflecting reality, I decided to first contact the hotel and confirm whether my room would have a view of the sea and the pool. I was told YES! Upon arrival, I was given a room with a view of a construction site and a neighboring building. The sea was partially visible. When I went to the reception and showed the receipt indicating that I paid for a room with a sea view, a pool view, and a balcony, the girl responded rather unkindly that she wasn’t interested in what I had written, and there were no such rooms! There are rooms with a sea view, but they don't have balconies and are occupied. There are rooms with balconies and partial views. They hung a photo of the most beautiful room and sell what they have under its guise. It’s an ordinary residential building, and some apartments in it are rented out on Booking. The building is old and in need of repairs.

The apartments didn’t even have a burn top; it was just a room, not an apartment. But I pay the apartment price, not the room price. Another thing I do not like is the access to the beach you can just wet your feet, but you can’t go into the water

It is like a little community. Everything you need is there- a beach, pool, restaurant, small courtyard with tables and chairs, and small store. The apartment is very clean and the staff are attentive and friendly and will help with everything you may need.

Not close to many restaurants as far as walking distance You can hear through the walls so I was woken up by noisy neighbors all night

Booked with a kitchenette. Had a busted coffee pot, gross frying pan. The hotplate barely worked. The fridge hadn't been defrosted in some time. The patio door was in need of replacement. Construction above us raining paint and small blobs of concrete down upon our deck. They remedied the utensils but you can see the picture.That about sums it up. When booking in mexico don't believe the scripture and the pretty pictures.

Our flight got delayed, so we only stay overnight in the loft suite. It was cute and clean. The best part was the view. The patio was Facing the sea it was a beautiful sea to sit and look at.

Open the restaurant a little earlier for breakfast. The other resort we stayed at open at 6:30 AM and it was perfect for us early Riders especially if you want to catch breakfast before your flight.

I had a sliding balcony door that you literally had to lift to open and close and it only opened 10 “ I pretty strong but found it very hard to move.The drinks including tea/coffee were ridiculously expensive.Theres a roof area with a pool which you can only use if you pay 300 us dollars.Although it doesn’t say that it’s not for all guests.There is a lot of building work going on in a lot of the hotel and there’s a constant sound of drilling and banging.To make matters worse I was charged £100 of my deposit money for smoking in the room only thing is I don’t smoke and the smell has obviously come from next doors balcony.I really don’t know why booking.com are advertising this hotel on their site

The old building is not clean. A glass dresser table was cracked, and they blamed me for it to keep my deposit. Unfair.

Great hotel for the price, friendly staff, room was small but comfortable.

I was charged more than was agreed to. I complained and they said that I should dispute it with my bank or booking.com. The room flooded twice as well.

They could have charged me what I had agreed to pay for the room. The flooding issue was really bad as well. The staff had no idea what to do at all with any issue. The elevator wasn't working and we had to go to the 6th floor. It was a mess.
