- Modern, clean, helpful staff, free breakfast of good quality
- Breakfast seems the only thing and that is it.
- Good location - we had a late flight in and wanted to stay out of the main Cancun area.
Cons -
- Small, dormitory type room. Location - need to taxi to get anywhere. In the middle of an office park environment.
- Located on highway, if you miss the exit, you have to drive far away to make U turn which is almost not possible (too much traffic). When printing they charge 5 pesos per page, which is about 30 cents USD, They don't tell in advance. Over priced hotel!
- The gentleman in front of us took over 30 mins to check in, so after getting in around 1am, it was extremely annoying that it took almost an hour to get to our room. Bathroom is terribly designed and the room smelled of smoke.
